Asked if they could blend in a banana with my frappe, but replied they don't have any whole fruit like that. I'm not sure if that's typical or not since I don't frequent Starbucks. Other than that, was a pretty good experience, service was fairly quick and staff was really nice.

This Starbucks is perfectly located for those guests staying at the Palmer House or those walking on the streets of Chicago. It was very quick and the baristas were friendly!
