Fantastic food. I’m not sure why some didn’t give it a 5star. We had the jerk chicken and curry chicken. Both were amazing. We order hot. It was perfect amount of heat. The plantains we cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was great too. The beef patty was obviously home made. I think everything was great. We sat on the patio. It really felt like we were on vacation! I would highly recommend this place.

Can I first start off by saying! The customer service was amazing! Planned a surprise baby shower for my Sorority Sister as she loves Jamaican food. From the phone call here down to me going there to ask about catering food for the event. First the Owner is amazing!! She was so sweet from the second I entered the door! Helped me with a set Order and even let me taste the different Chicken for my selections oh delicious by the way. I walked out so happy. They were so professional as I placed the order 3 weeks before the event. The day of my pick up they called and confirmed soo sweet. I picked up my order day before the event. The young lady was like a ball of sunshine! She greeted me and got my catered food gave me instructions on how to heat and what to do. So funny because this was the owners daughter and at first I did know! Lol Made perfect sense! Sweet spirits! Now the good part!! When I tell you the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! EVERYONE AT THE EVENT LOVED IT! I recommend this place to anyone!! Not only is the food good! The customer service is great!

I love the vibe, always blasting reggae, the amazing smell of real smoke rolling across the parking lot, plenty of seating outside... And the FOOD. The food is always amazing. It can get a bit spendy, but it's worth every penny. (I wish you sold your spicy jerk sauce) I'm told it has 37 ingredients, and it shows because it repeatedly blows my mind!!

Delicious and family operated. A lot of pescatarian options, only had time to try side options. The plantains were on point. Expect island love, music, and welcoming service. Wide selection of unique beverages and best rum punch ever.

The owner Cocoa came out! She was absolutely delightful! She offered us samples of curry goat, chicken and jerk chicken! All very good! We went with something smaller but will sure to be back during a dinner meal… family business and all are friendly! Atmosphere is very cool too!

I went last night for the first time and I will definitely be back. I got the jerk chicken, the mild version (they also have spicy), and it still brought so much heat! The flavor was out of this world. Huge portions of chicken and it comes with rice, cabbage, and a plantain. The people were so friendly and offered me samples since it was my first time there. I didn't need the samples though because the smell in the air was making my mouth water. This is a local owned, black business. Check them out today! You will be glad you did!

When we first walked in we were greeted by the owner. She was very friendly and welcoming. She also let us sample the food before we ordered. My curried chicken was on point. The portions were filling even had leftovers to bring home. My daughter ordered the brown stewed chicken and she enjoyed it. Thanks Cocoa for showing us love. And her potato soup was very good!

Cocoa's claims to specialized in authentic Jamaican dishes. Let's authenticate that claim with an emphatic hell yes they do! The jerk chicken was as authentic as Negril is beautiful. The chicken was grilled and smoked to perfection and the jerk sauce that topped it was spicy. But instead of overpowering the chicken, it added a layer of flavor that really brought out the smoky flavor of the chicken. The greens we're flavorful with the right texture. But the belle of the ball was the succulent Jamaican styled whole red snapper! The fish was moist and full of the that swag Jamaican flavor one would expect when dining in Jamaica. Yeah Mon!
