Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Ballentyne for Dine-in or To-go. We love the Mexican food ordered from here every time. The staff is so kind and helpful.
We had an awesome waiter and the food was as good as it gets! It all came out hot and fresh and tasted amazing.
Service can be a hit or a miss at times but it's like that everywhere.
My husband is wheelchair bound and yet the hostess always tries to sit us in a booth. And then we're squished between table settings. 🤦🏼♀️
Food was good and the server was very good.
Seating was a little slow but I think there was only one hostess so not a hugh deal. The waitress came quick and took order easily. Appetizer came fast out fresh. The seasoning was a bit heavy but hey better taste than bland. The fish and steak were made perfect. Waitress mentioned the cooks being new. Good job! Happy Holidays. I hope this post helps. The steak came out medium instead of medium rare, but they replaced it with a full, complete dinner. This time it was much better! Great service!
I walked into this Chilli's and was blown away. It was cleaner than any other Chilli's restaurant I had ever gone into. I was very pleased with the chicken crispers I received as they were tender. They should be called the chicken extra tenders 😂 😂 😂 This is the best Chilli’s I’ve been to in Charlotte! Must try!
The waitress was friendly, food was good. The rice was kinda cold and not a lot of flavor to it but everything else was good.
We had a good time. The waitress was very attentive. I got chicken fajitas. Everything was delicious.
Waitress was incredibly sweet and checked in often, the food came out very quick and tasted great!! We did almost leave because there was no one out to seat us when we arrived and had to wait a while before someone came to us, and there were several tables / spots at the bar that were not cleaned up after the customers left (felt like a lack of urgency). It damages the atmosphere a bit, but if they can get that down, I can see this spot really coming into its potential. Overall though, do recommend for a quick lunch or meet up.
I had wings they were were good just order all flats drumsticks are huge
