This store works their tail off no matter how many crew members they have working. They're always worth the wait! Super polite, kind employees and more consistently on target to my order than any other fast food location I've visited nearby (looking at you Starbucks).

A nice young lady named Day gave excellent customer service with a warm smile! Honestly was not expecting great service so this was a welcome surprise. The pralines and cream milkshake was also very good.

I wish I caught the name of the employee working the counter at 4:30pm wednesday Dec 12th. She was multi-tasking like a boss. She was helping one employee in the back over a headset AND directing another employee to stock food AND seamlessly helping customers. No hesitation, no delays, no problems. She needs a raise.

It's a Baskin-Robbins combined with a Dunkins Doughnut ... How bad can it be? :-). They have markings on the floor for moving around inside and social distancing. Unfortunately not the best layout as it is a bit confusing. Thus 4 stars. Suggestion, switch entry/ exit so you start at the ice cream and walk to the register, they make a right to get out.
