It’s the best restaurant I’ve ever visited. My husband and I eat here as much as possible. Especially love the burgers and slaw!!!�

So the food is good depending on the day though. I wish they were more consistent with all cooks. But when it’s done right, best burger in Charlotte hands down.

food is classic, obviously not award winning but most definitely worth a weekly visit. i just wish they were open late. could be a total late night drive in. the staff are so helpful, especially the black dude with the fedora. Onion Rings and the burgers are fire 🔥👑🙏🏾

This was my first time going here and I tell y'all..the burgers is sooo good. The service was fantastic. The was kind and funny. All smile. They can get my money anytime.

I had the pork chop and fries... Well worth the money and cheap.. I also got a milkshake which was hand spun and fresh.

Wow. I am absolutely blown away. The food is phenomenal. The service was outstanding. We tried the flounder shrimp and burgers. The slaw was definitely different but it was so good and I never like slaw unless its mine. 45 minute drive from me but I will be back.

Friendly staff and service. Good food. Great variety and cross section of food. Salads 🥗 too.. Daily Specials are reasonable and quite tasty. Heaping amounts.

Great little diner feel. My family and I have been eating at South 21 since I was born, and I still go almost once a week for a good burger and fries. The tarter sauce is a must try you will never find anything that can even come close to how amazing the sauce is. The fried fish is also great, and the portion sizes are great for the price. One of my favorite Charlotte family owned restaurants!
