There wasn't a long wait for our party of 8. The food was pretty good. Our waitress pretty nice. My buffalo chicken wrap could've used a little less lettuce & more chicken, but it was good. They guys enjoyed their burgers. The pizza was good also since it was a build your own.
Why did no one tell me they do free refills on cream sodas and root beer floats?? Lol. I been sleeping on this place literally! And I had no clue they served donatos pizza too, I used to be hooked on that pizza back in the day when they had restaurants open, so I was more than happy to see it on Red Robin’s menu. And it was just as good as I remembered. My waitress, I think she said her name was Jamerah (spell check)…but she was running the bar and k was seated in her section. She was absolutely amazing! Just so friendly and a joy. So much so I went back the next day because her customer service was so good. The food was good too, but great customer service is what will always keep me coming back to any establishment.
My burger was good but not great, the fries were the best part of the meal. My Tiki Rum Mai Tai was underwhelming, it tasted more of cloyingly sweet syrup than any other flavor. I would not drink when I come back again, but I would definitely come back. Despite the fact that we had to ask for silverware after our food arrived, our server was polite and attentive and we enjoyed her. The atmosphere was nice and we enjoyed our visit.
Pictured here is the tsunami shrimp with garlic parmesan broccoli and a salad. It has some spice and kick to it and pretty good!
Arrived early in the day and asked for a booth. We were sat at a table where one side was a cushion. Not a booth. I think we were the third customer of the day. Things got better in a hurry, best service ever. Drink was kept full, table was cleared as needed and friendly. Food was hot and as ordered. If not for booth issue, would have been 5 star visit.
Had a great experience at this location. While traveling through for work, it was nice to get a good meal with friendly service. Our server, Regina, was absolutely precious. She did her job very well, and made our meal an enjoyable one.
The smokehouse brisket burger was flavorful and HUGE! The fried pickles gave it a nice kick I never would have chosen this burger because of the pickles, but the flavors blended perfectly. The service was excellent. The servers were friendly and attentive. We had a large party and nothing was missed.
Server was fast and friendly. Food came quickly. They were multiple different vegetarian options as well as options to make things healthier- for example a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and broccoli as a side. My group enjoyed everything we had.
The wife and I had the double cheeseburger with bottomless fries for Veterans Day. The burgers were hot and delicious and the fries were fresh. Great meal. Thank you very much!
We were driving by and decided to stop in as we have never been here before. We both got burgers, which were excellent, and service was exceptional! Enjoyed!
