Little Caesars

This place used to be great.. Best little Caesar's around.. Since they have a new manager.. The place is now terrible. They mess up orders, their ingredients are stale and flavorless, and customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered a pizza with 3 times more sauce.. I do this all the Time in Terre haute Indiana. ( the one on ft Harrison is awesome!!) Terre haute charges a little more for the sauce, no big deal. Charleston tried to charge me 16 dollars for a one topping with extra sauce. I ordered the regular sauce which they forgot to put on. When I got the pizza, it was burned kinda bad. The last time they also burned it. When I complained they told me to take it up with corporate. If I want little Caesar's.. I will honestly go all the way to Terre haute for it and refuse to get it in charleston il.. Mattoon isn't much better either for this place.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and 2 crazy bread I got home and I had a stuffed crust pizza that looked like it had been sitting for hours I couldn't eat it the crust was hard and I called and no answer I'm in a wheelchair and it takes me awhile to get places and I was so ready for my pizza just to be very disappointed ☹️☹️

This place advertises hot and ready pizzas but every time I go here they never have anything ready and we have to wait 10minutes every-time. My least favorite pizza place but for some reason by kids love their crazy bread. Which they give you the sauce for the bread cold!?! Their employees are also lacking in the service department.
