Papa Johns Pizza

My pizza is an order delivered by DoorDash. The delivery was good. The pizza is just okay. Shaqaroni with banana peppers. There was an option for regular cook or well done. I chose the well. It was still very very soft. I thought maybe it would give it more chew. The banana peppers were just dried skin with out any pepper remaining. The bottom of the pizza was black. Didn’t really taste burnt but dark black. The commercial shows pepperoni on top of the cheese. The cheese was on top of the pepperoni. Peppers were on top. Shaq says the toppings go all the way to the edge. Pretty good on this version. Check out the pic. Anyway this was convenient for a delivery and just okay. Papa John’s should think about refitting there shops with a conventional slate oven. Shaq if you see this tell them to get real ovens. And it wasn’t cut on any slice completely. Thanks

stop buy your store kanawhw city wv to get pizza to go home 12/23/2021. i ask for menu and told they did not have and nothing to show. order a medium pizza with banna peppers which didnt have but 6 pepper on hole pizza. i dont think i will ever have another pizza there again if i cant see what i what to look at and price i can pick from.

I've been living In my apartment for 3 year and out of 2 years they was delivering to us. my daughter went out to get the food because the driver couldn't find where we stayed and was very rude to my daughter and told her yall pulled this one off cuz we dont deliver up here. Its sad that just because u live somewhere and it is in there Area they will not deliver up here because its Apartment complex but yet you can deliver to my job thats rite next door to my apartment.. Let's talk about discrimination and what make it so crazy is that my kids will not eat another pizza but papa John's.

Made exactly like it was ordered & was ready quite quickly! Customer service was great too! One of the best Papa John's around!!! I would definitely recommend this place over many others!!! Nice, friendly, courteous service & sanitary! As for price they are about mid range not too expensive, about average for above average pizza! Great quality pizza!!!

Pizza was good as usual. Ordering was good. Pickup was not so good. Checkout guy seemed to be in a bad mood and got worse when I didn't put a tip down for my carry out order. They forgot to put in the extra garlic butters that I was billed for. The garlic butter on the garlic knots leaked through both boxes (2 orders) and onto my cars upholstery. Now my seat cover is stained and the car smells of garlic. If the food wasn't so good, I'd give them a ⭐⭐ at best.
