Rally's Hamburgers

Food tasted like the oil needed changed in the fryer. Last time I went there I went to the walk up window around 11:30am I waited for a good while and no one showed up to take my order. I saw people in the back but no one came. Seen a lady in the drive through was waiting at the speaker then just drove off. I guess no one took her order either. Food and service use to be great but it has went downhill. Hope it bounces back. Ok update...went there today and ordered a #3. It was busy but I got my food fairly quick and I tell ya...it was probably the best burger and sweet tea I've ever gotten from there. I don't know what changes they made but it's definitely working

Stopped by close to closing for lunch, I work nightshift. The entrance to this place is not convenient at all, but I was able to place my order and the staff were quick and polite even though it was 150 in the morning. They were out of spicy chicken til Monday, but I was able to order a chicken bites box and two double big bufords with cheese. Food was fresh and hit the spot. Will stop by again.

Got told to hurry up as soon as I pulled up to drive through. Guy taking the ordered wouldn't kept yelling to hurry up, hurry up, when we finally got the other it was wrong of course bc he wouldn't listen or wouldn't care. At the window i asked for more pickles which should have been on original order , and he literally slammed the window in my face. This place needs to be shut down and joke team members fired. This place is a joke and i am sorry i wasted my money and will be posting the videos online. Don't go here!

Maybe train your staff to be more professional and not so rude. If you're going to ask "huh" 20 times and speak in a complete monotone voice you shouldn't work fast food. $20 order and two large fries and you can't even give two sauces? "ThAts 20 cEnTs ExTrA." Sure Jan. Since when do fast food chains not provide appropriate amount of sauce for large orders.
