Penn Station East Coast Subs

I came in about a week ago and was able to get a ham and provolone sandwich but when I came in today I was told that I couldn't have one, I was told I could have turkey and swiss and philly cheese but no ham and provlone. I told the cashier i had it there last week and he told me they could not make one. As I left, I approached Chris and he offered to make me a free sandwich and he remembered making me one last week. I figured it was pointless. If your staff doesn't know what is on the menu and are willing to turn customers away because they don't want to make special requests or don't know the menu, customers like me wiil take our business elsewhere. Remember penn station if you don't take care of the customer someone else will. I will never set foot in that place again. That incompetent young man cost his employer some business. Avoid this place like the plague.
