Papa Johns Pizza

Order tracking said the food was done baking but then said preparing which lasted about 30 minutes. 2 liter was missing. When I nicely asked about it the driver gave me a bad attitude. After the driver left I opened the bread sticks box and it was not sealed shut. The seal had been broken and the driver had eaten one of my bread sticks. When I went back into the website to complain about my order, they sent me to a worldwide directory of papa John's restaurants and asked me to find the store and call the manager. Now that they're using door dash your driver's are going to start eating your food, at least around here that's what they do. It's disgusting.

My mom and I ordered a 10 inch pizza, the chef said 15-18 min. It was clear as day light one of the guys in the back gave away our pizza and did not recognize their mistake while we waited for another 20 min. By now the chef said ok another 6 min, after realizing we been waiting for a long time already. The worse part is neither of the guy cutting the pizza or the chef making the pizza acknowledge their mistake. They gave us the pizza like nothing happen… this is literally one of the worst experience i had w any pizza chains or restaurant for that matter.

I would give them less stars if I could. I ordered 30 bucks worth of food at 8:30. It is now 10:30, I have not heard one word. The tracker will not move from preparing my food and when I called the location it said the call could not be completed at this time. I only ordered 20 bucks worth of food, so the delivery and tip was almost 10 dollars. Why am I paying so much for food I don’t receive? Why am I tipping and paying for delivery and yet I can’t even contact the restaurant? I don’t usually write the reviews, but this is awful. On top of everything, the place is less than 2 miles away.

I NEVER write reviews but I honestly had too!! My whole delivery service/ quality was 10/10 I was super nervous to order because of some of the reviews but this was the best quality I’ve experienced in a long time!! I ordered around 10:45 and my food was delivered in less than an hour.. the delivery guy didn’t have any issues finding my apartment and was fast and efficient!! ( I tipped him good) The food was quality sealed which i feel like was amazing and it was so so good!! I am so satisfied by my experience will be ordering from this location again!!

I would rate them a zero if I could. We were staying at an Air BNB in Charleston and ordered a pizza at 8PM from Papa John's Pizza at 610 Wesley Dr , We were told it would be an hour for delivery. We were fine with that, After 90 mins we started calling and getting the run around. Then a lady told us it had just left the store and would be here any minute. NOT TRUE. 15 minutes and another call and the manager says it's still at the store and I can cancel or come pick it up. I'm in an Air BNB.......no food in the cupboards and we have changed into PJ's. I understand all the problems facing food places today, but I won't tolerate dishonesty!!!! If you can't handle the business......stop taking orders. This franchisee needs to be put out of business!

I called to get a delivery at around 8 pm . I was told that it would be an hour wait no problem I can wait it just an hour ,at 9:30 pm I called back to see if my order was on its way ! Then I was told that the driver was calling me. I did not understand why he was calling he has the correct address. The manager told me she will send him back out with a freshly made pizza. That was around 9:45 pm at 10:39 I called back to make sure the driver was okay and still on his way then I was told that he was stuck on the bridge. I called back at 11:00 to be told he will be to my house shortly.needless to say I never got my pizza I never got a call I never got an apology. I am waiting for the restaurant to open to talk to the general manager to see how they are going to fix this.

I literally never write reviews but I HAD to do this. First off, they told me my pizza would be here in an hour. 3 hours later I get a cold pizza. All the while I call them two separate times (each time leaving me on hold for 30 minutes and then hanging up). I’m very dissatisfied and will never be giving them business again.
