They were swamped, but the order was accurate and as prompt as possible considering the influx of people. They apologized that I had to wait, but it was definitely worth it. Thanks for all of your hard work!

A few coworkers and myself order from this location quite often. Normally for delivery. It has always been quick with a friendly staff. Everyone is suffering from staff shortage, so it’s completely forgivable and understandable if things run behind. The manager, Roberta has always been extremely kind and apologetic if a order is even 10 minutes behind. She provides phone calls and updates which is WONDERFUL customer service. The 5 star rating is for Roberta. Thanks for being a great manager, I’m sure your employees are lucky to have you. I will continue to order from this location for the remarkable customer service.
The un-wich is soooo good. There is so much meat in there. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I enjoy visiting here even though it's a little pricey
Brian was super helpful! Made me a new sub after a condiment that wasn’t on the menu was put on my sub! Remembered my order and made it it no time! Super thankful they do a great job here.
Jimmy Johns is legendary. Always the best. They really are freaky fast to make your order. We typically do an online order and pick it up and it’s often ready in ten minutes or less ready for us to swing in, pick it up and go!
Stopped in today for lunch. This first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean this store was. I haven't seen a food establishment this clean in a very long time. The second thing I noticed was how friendly the staff was. My food was made quickly, which they pride themselves on. The fourth thing I noticed, as I took the first bite, was how fresh my sandwich was. My cookie wasn't as soft as they usually are, but still this was a great experience. Good job team!
Today was customer appreciation day and let me tell you.. my group and I felt appreciated!
With a line that extended three stores down for the $1 sub special, we almost turned around and went home.
Glad we did not! They moved so fast, efficient and the order for 5 sandwiches was completed without mistakes and we only stood in line for 10 minutes. Fantastic job guys. Freaky fast indeed 👏
