My husband and I swung by after going out for lunch and got two slices of peanut butter pie. After paying I thought it was a bit expense, but once we got home and ate them I can confirm it was appropriately priced. It was absolutely delicious, perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.

Hands down THE best bakery in the Charleston area. I'd been disappointed many times in the past trying other bakeries and cafés claiming to have 'authentic French pastries', and I actually believed I'd be adding St. Honoré to that list... But boy was I SO WRONG! The croissants, pains au chocolat, the quiches... Oh my goodness - it's like I'm transported back to a local French bakery! The service is also superb. They are always very friendly, happy to walk you through all of their delicious offerings, and even extremely accommodating with special orders. It's true that they are only usually open 2 days a week; but frankly, if they were to extend their hours, I don't think our waistlines would thank us lol. It's that good, the only way to resist not stopping in every weekday is literally because you CAN'T. I'm beyond happy to have found St. Honoré, and I refuse to go anywhere else for my buttery-goodness needs!

Everything here is absolutely outstanding. Their breakfast biscuits are the best I've ever had and every other thing I've tried here has been phenomenal. Such a hidden gem!

This is my favorite local bakery. I have traveled the country and visited many world renowned bakeries as well as unknown but phenomenal bakeries, and this bakery definitely falls within that elite few. I have yet to purchase something from this bakery that didn't leave me with cravings for days afterward. The bagels, the croissants, the cookies, the cakes, the breads... all absolute perfection. Recently, I requested that they bake an oreo cheesecake for my son's 18th birthday. It was honestly last minute and I didnt have a lot of hope that they would be able to honor my request! But, I recieved a quick and cheery email in response stating that they would be glad to provide me with the oreo cheesecake that same week. I also asked if they would be willing to write on it and they said they could accommodate that request as well. So, when I picked up the cheesecake I was honestly expecting a run of the mill oreo cheesecake, with more oreo than cheesecake. And a more dry than creamy texture! My son loves oreo cheesecake, and so I have had my fair share over his 18 years of life. It really is not my favorite cheesecake flavor. But, when I opened the box, I was met with a heightened elegant version of the standard. It was actually covered with a thick smooth layer of chocolate Ganache that was so decadent Icould almost see myself in its flawless glaze. I would argue it almost upstaged the cheesecake itself. But then I took a full bite and was met with the creamy tang of a perfectly balanced cheesecake. It was soft but with a slight chew and oh so moist! There was also a layer beneath the ganache of what I could only guess was a cookie dough flavored cheesecake. Whatever it was it was perfection. All the flavors and textures were perfectly balanced. I actually went in for seconds! I even sort of lost myself for a second as I took more bites of that flawless dessert! I forgot everyone was in the room, and suddenly it was just me alone with that perfect cake. This bakery is where it is at!!!!

Found St Honore by sheer chance but oh what a find. I am some what reluctant to write this review because this is really a jewel of West Ashley and one of its best kept secrets I hope as more people become aware of this world class bakery they are able to maintain the high quality and selection their loyal clientele has become accustomed too.

We moved to West Ashley this summer, and feel so lucky to have this lovely bakery close to home. Everything we have purchased from St. Honore (cookies, sticky toffee pudding, milk tart, buffalo chicken hand pie, cornmeal seeded bread) has been outstanding. We look forward to picking up treats from here regularly, and highly recommend you do the same!
