Our smoothies were very watery at first. No flavor at all. We called the store & Richard the manager said he would remake them and deliver to us. 10/10 recommend.

I am absolutely ecstatic about the food, smoothies and service from this tropical smoothie cafe! Since this is nurses week and nursing home week I ordered lunch for everyone in the building. They were prompt on both delivery times. The GM assisted me with making this large order and he made it so much easier. He even added cookies as a gift to show support for us being in healthcare. Thank you so much and everyone enjoyed their food and smoothies! This was a hit and we will definitely be doing this again!
Food was amazing & quick. Service was OK - was some time before we were even acknowledged standing there.
I used to come here a lot but when they raise the prices again I said I'm making smoothies myself man tropical smoothie been going up on prices since they started the business ,o and not including they were taking ingredients out of a lot of the smoothies years ago

I had first experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe when someone brought me a smoothie instead of the chips and chocolate I asked for. I am very particular about smoothies so I wasn't very excited about it (but I knew I should make the healthier decision). I tried it and it was the most amazing smoothie I had ever tasted. My co-worker had gotten me the Bahama Mama and I couldn't wait to get another one. I usually don't even finish a smoothie because I have a hard time with certain textures. Not only did I finish this one, but I am surprised at the short time it took to do so. Like I said, I couldn't wait to get another one, but unfortunately I couldn't get there myself for another 2 weeks. I originally ordered online because I did not have a lot of time on my lunch break. Their website was easy to view and use. Once I got to the store, it was packed (and for good reason). The environment was fast paced, but no one was looking over-extended. I picked up my order on the online order shelf but my co-workers wanted things as well. It didn't take very long to place my order. I was also surprised at how quickly my order was ready due to the amount of customers inside. I will be highly recommending this place to anyone I meet because it was not only a fantastic experience, it was also a delicious one.
Most of the time everything is perfect. The staff is wonderful if there’s ever an issue.

First time in the cafe, though I've enjoyed their smoothies before, and it was a five star experience from beginning to end. Tried the baja chicken bowl with the new kale and apple slaw for lunch and it was delicious! Service was prompt and friendly, great atmosphere!

I am a Regular customer and have nothing but great things to say about this location and their employees. I know times are tough with labor but they are making the sweetest lemonade out of lemons I’ve ever tasted. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend
