Chick-fil-a

They do an outstanding job in providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMERS SERVICE . . . This is why they stay in business because they understand the importance of valuing their customers. Chick-fil-A as a company has set the bar of greatness in customer service and any restaurant I go to, if they cannot meet or beat this level of greatness don't deserve my time, my presence nor my money, in that order.

As with most of this chain’s establishments, a long line of cars in drive through and people inside is often the case. Still, service is quick and friendly, food is continually the high quality I’ve come to take for granted and the grounds and building are clean. My only complaints is often when I order I’ll be charged and given the combo when all I want is the sandwiches or nuggets and drink that I order. (I’m not a fan of the waffle fry, just not my preference, will order an extra sandwich or a larger nugget count to satiate my appetite.) That and my dislike of the “My pleasure” corporate response to thank you. The proper response, if you’re going to dictate a strict reply to, is “You’re welcome”. (All for the following of religious doctrine to a day of rest, but could we get few that follow the Saturday sabbath? Kidding, but also not kidding. Why is it I’ll find myself always wanting a bunch of nuggets on Sunday? I probably have wanted Chick-fil-A only to realize it’s a Sunday more than I have actually eaten from a Chick-fil-A. )

We eat here before going for cancer treatment at the hospital across the street. We eat at the same table and just chill before the big day. The food and atmosphere are great. And the coffee is the best! And I get a free refill. The employees are so nice. The lady cleaning the place while we are there is just so sweet. I love this place.

I ordered a cool wrap and a fruit bowl for lunch. I ordered in my app for an quick pick up on my lunch break. Let me tell you, the process was so easy and the team members were efficient and I didn't have to wait for my order. The cool wrap came with avocado ranch dressing that was so delicious... Oh my goodness!! The avacado dressing had a lil kick to it and it was thicker and flavorful. The fruit bowl was filled with fresh fruit. I felt like I was winning with my lunch choices!

We did an online order, and pulled into a pick-up-spot! It was super easy to do, and our food was brought out quickly. Overall it was tasty! One sandwich was incorrect but we had already gotten home, so we ate what we received. Employee that came out was friendly. The parking lot is a good size. It is fairly easy to pull in and out though it's a busy shopping center.
