This is the 3rd time that our desserts have been left out of our online order. This most recent order was okay but not up to the usual standard. Crispy shrimp was not as crunchy and baked potato was just barely cooked. This is highly unusual on the food, but has become almost routine on the dessert being left off.

The service isn't always what you want it to be but the food is still good. I love a good salad bar so this place is one of my favs.

Ferb!!! Our sever has so much positive energy! He greeted us the moment we walked in and was very friendly professional and attentive! He made solid menu suggestions! The mac and cheese is amazing!!! We ordered the loaded guacamole smash burger and the American smash burger. Definitely get the mac and cheese

Our server Antwan was great and made sure to check on us as we ate. It was nice to see the manager (I believe her name was Kathy) come over to our table to ask how everything is. This is something that seems to no longer exist in food establishments.

When arrived 11: 30am on Thursday and was immediately seated and had a very delicious salad bar. Everything was very fresh on the salad bar as it was just put out. Definitely the best time to have a salad bar.

Some friends and I had a great time here on a Sunday evening. Our drinks were strong and the food was tasty. Our server, Robbie, was wonderful. He was spread thin as I’m fairly certain he was serving every table, but he did a great job regardless with an awesome personality.

I would highly recommend dining here i can’t believe what some of the reviews are saying here. Our server jonathan D told us from the start that you guys were short staffed and he was sorry for the wait time he showed gave us nothing but respect and excellent service, whenever i come again i will make sure to request him!

I went to Ruby Tuesday tonight with a group of friends and this establishment exceeded my expectations. The food, service, and atmosphere were phenomenal. Robbie was our server and he was AMAZING! Everything was delicious, from my Electric Blue Lemonade, to my pasta, to my dessert. 10/10!! Will be back!
