Ferb!!! Our sever has so much positive energy! He greeted us the moment we walked in and was very friendly professional and attentive! He made solid menu suggestions! The mac and cheese is amazing!!! We ordered the loaded guacamole smash burger and the American smash burger. Definitely get the mac and cheese
I would come back for the service alone!

This is the 3rd time that our desserts have been left out of our online order. This most recent order was okay but not up to the usual standard. Crispy shrimp was not as crunchy and baked potato was just barely cooked. This is highly unusual on the food, but has become almost routine on the dessert being left off.
Haven't met on the door that they were short-staffed at apologize for that. The service was excellent there was one waitress waiting on everyone and she did an amazing job. The food was fresh it was delicious. I highly recommend this to anyone this visiting Charleston area
Some friends and I had a great time here on a Sunday evening. Our drinks were strong and the food was tasty. Our server, Robbie, was wonderful. He was spread thin as I’m fairly certain he was serving every table, but he did a great job regardless with an awesome personality.
Tonight, me and my family (2 adults and 2 kids) dined next door to our hotel. They are short staffed. So we had only 1 server for the whole restaurant. Even with that, she was kind and Attentive to everyone. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The salad bar was fresh and delicious, all the food tasted great! I honestly can't understand everyone's negative reviews. This was an excellent experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
The service isn't always what you want it to be but the food is still good. I love a good salad bar so this place is one of my favs.

I went to Ruby Tuesday tonight with a group of friends and this establishment exceeded my expectations. The food, service, and atmosphere were phenomenal. Robbie was our server and he was AMAZING! Everything was delicious, from my Electric Blue Lemonade, to my pasta, to my dessert. 10/10!! Will be back!
Our server Antwan was great and made sure to check on us as we ate. It was nice to see the manager (I believe her name was Kathy) come over to our table to ask how everything is. This is something that seems to no longer exist in food establishments.
It was lovely. Not a long wait to be seated. The server was very polite and nice . Not a wait time in the appetizers. It came out hot in ninutes
