Really enjoyed our lunch at Swamp Fox🥂we tried the shrimp n’grits which was so tasty and delish as well as the salmon dish! And our server Christina was a delight and attention to detail🤩She knew we were sharing so she brought out the dishes evenly divided🍽️😍👌🏽oh that’s right for dessert we ended up trying the butter cake w/ice cream🍰which was scrumptious!!

We came for lunch and arrived just before they were opening. The hostess there wasn't very friendly and we waited on the sofas near the front of the restaurant. Once we were seated our server was nice but not very knowledgeable. From what I can see of the other reviews it looks like this place is perhaps better for dinner but our lunch items weren't as great as other nearby restaurants such as Cru Cafe. The burger was a little overcooked and pretty plain. The hush puppies seemed over-fried. The best dish was the stuffed crab but it wouldn't have been nicer with a more acidic sauce to cut the richness of the fried crab.

So decided to add a stop for lunch during our day in Charleston for our anniversary. What an amazing choice it ended up being! Everything we tried was out of this world. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu. The drinks were all interesting too! Our waitress, Sylvie was amazing and took great care of us. Can't wait for the next visit!

Well. This was one of my best experiences ever. The food is made for gods and by gods. We enjoyed every bite and every minute of our dinner. It was our very special day and the place and the staff made it one of a kind. Our waitress was top level professional and top level nice. The hostess was very hospitable and kind. My visit was June 19th 8 pm. Thank you! Recommend 100%. No, 300%.

A classy atmosphere but they had no problems seating my wife and I in shorts and tie dye. The asparagus and she crab soup were phenomenal. The fried green tomatoes and pimento burger were ok, but too sweet for my taste (they put jelly on both). The ankle breaker (drink) was really good! The second was even better. I had the good sense not to try a third 😁
