Amazing desserts and delectable espresso martinis! Very good place to treat yourself to a sweet treat! Great place for an end of the night to a date or celebrating a special day. Carrot cake was delicious and the chocolate peanut butter cake is one of my favorites!

We love the service and food at Carmella’s! We visited once and have become customers for life. The ambiance is fun, romantic and so entertaining! Cakes and sweet treats are our favorite but don’t miss out on their drunken milkshakes! To die for!!! Best cannoli cake I have ever had. Must visit in Charleston. We have celebrated every anniversary here. I bring all of my family and friends here when the visit. Highly recommend!!

Took a day trip with the ladies in the family down to Charleston. We simply chose Carmella’s due to her atmosphere and- well I’m a millennial who enjoys a ‘hipster’ vibe.
The pizza, the sandwiches, the coffee, and adult beverages were top notch. Sadly we were too full to try a dessert. There were only two tenders working at the time and both of the gentlemen were very attentive.
I absolutely cannot wait for the Greenville location to open.

Great spot for coffee, cocktails and beautiful desserts. Open late. A little disappointed in the Nanna Pudding. Needed way more bananas. On the bland side. The restaurant was very loud. Sitting outside is a better option. Tables needed bussing. Long line to order. However, a very good online order system to avoid the line.

Well worth the wait in line to get dessert. We got their carrot cake and key lime pie. Size of each item is more for sharing but we wanted to try 2 different items. Def the best carrot cake I've ever had and the key lime was so refreshing, not overly sweet or tart and was just right.

Best red velvet cake I’ve ever had!!! It was so fresh and moist! The serving size was perfect for two. The whole concept of this place is awesome. Highly recommend if you ever visit Charleston!

We stumbled upon this shop before dinner and decided to try it out. There are lots of beer, wine, drunken shakes, cakes, etc to choose from. I even noticed 1-2 GF options! I got the peach cake and my husband got gelato. Desserts are a bit pricey (between $10-$15 per cake/cup) and the line was long but moved fairly quickly. The staff members weren’t super friendly, but they were very busy (and human beings all have bad says!) So the main reason for 4 stars would be the prices, but it was a good experience and the cake is honestly big enough for 3-4 people

Their ice cream and sorbet is a must try. A little too sweet for my taste, but very flavorful.

Really delicious peanut butter chocolate cake ! Unfortunately they were out of all the cookies…seems like those go out pretty quickly. It’s pretty busy inside to sit but there is a nice patio outdoors. Service goes by surprisingly quickly given the amount ppl there!
