Wendy's

The customer service is so bad. They just put your food on the counter, and you don’t even know if it’s yours. All they did was ask for my name and when I went up to see if my food was ready I couldn’t tell. There was no name no number on bags. The fries I feel like should be filled up a little better…it’s my second time going, and I do not recommend.

This location is on the outskirts of a shopping center on a bustling 6 lane street and it's very busy in the evenings. Expect to wait. We use the drive-thru. I haven't ever been inside. There are 2 lines for the drive thru and the outer lane is faster, but will have you obstructing traffic flow for shopping center. My orders have always been accurate, heat hot and the sodas were strong.

This place serves moldy food. When I got to my destination to “enjoy” my food I noticed that MOLD was on my sandwich! So I drove back to the location to give them the uneaten moldy sandwich and they person making the sandwiches and shift manager had the nerve to get upset because I brought back a sandwich they provided to me with MOLD on it. Well how about y’all eat the moldy food then. I truly do not understand how you can get mad that you served something that was not edible! Do better!

I am not happy with Wendy's at all. Few weeks ago I went Sunday 27th of November. I asked to get the Breakfast 2 for $4. I was told it stopped they couldn't find it in their register and the Manager said she couldn't over ride it. Nobody took down the sign but they can honor it. Inside were other people going off because they felt like I did that it wasn't in there so they can't sell it 🤔 😕...ok Earlier I went there for curbside about 2 months ago. I told them I ordered & I wasn't dress could they bring it out...the Lady hung up...so I went inside & asked who rung up. She said she didn't & offered me free food. Today I asked for the $5 Bag...it was explained to me that it comes with chicken...I said clearly...plain and a burger plain....well the guy taking the orders sounded like he didn't want to be there...got home, forgot to check...they wasn't plain...😠😕😷
