Krispy Kreme

I got a cake pumpkin spice donut from the Cedar Hill Krispy Kreme on September 6th. The donut was found to be undercooked and had raw batter in the center. See photos. I also agree with past reviews. The donuts are flat and sad looking. Since they are flat, all you taste is the icing which is too heavy. No more Krispy Kreme for me. I am looking for a new donut shop.😕

Gave 2 stars for the girl working the drive thru. She looked like she had been through it. After waiting in drive thru 15 minutes got my donuts and coffee. The coffee had grounds in it and was luke warm. I know ppl hate Starbucks but that's where I usually get my coffee without grounds floating in it. The donuts were OK. Cold and over iced but were fine once I heated them in the microwave. I'm gonna support my local donut shops after the few subpar experiences I've had at this location.

Russia is invading Ukraine and I guess Krispy Kreme is taking time off with baking their Donuts. 20 mins ago I ordered 6 Glazed Donuts and not only are they dull, but under cooked as well. I got home and was really disappointed. My wife tried one just to see and nope...UNDERCOOKED! Thanks Krispy Kreme!

Disappointed that I could not enter the facility. Long line of cars in drive thru. I only could order from the payment window. Drive thru speaker was not working created a line of 10 cars. Created a wait time of 25 minutes. Lastly, for a Sunday morning at 10 am the donuts and cinnamon rolls was not hot. The employees were nice, but I had to request napkins with my order.

Well just came here to get a dozen original krispi kreme donuts and they tell me (ugh maybe later today) WHAT? Are you kidding me. This use to be a great location now it sucks,you can't even go inside anymore. They just need to close this location. Won't ever be back to this location!!!! WARNING!!!! People. What a waste of gas,I live 2 towns over from this horrible place.

Nice staff and fast service but the donuts are a lot thinner than before. I think either the dough wasn't allowed to fully proof before frying or the extruder is just cutting them too thin or too quickly. They did taste like a Krispy Kreme donut though, it was alright but just thinner and dense. They just lacked the volume and uniform visual appeal that I've had in the past from here. This location has been a little hit or miss for a while, it's certainly not like it used to be when I was a kid. Hope they get better, really do have good memories at this particular location and don't want to see it flounder.
