Starbucks

Never wrote a review before but overall I think that I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the people working there sucked bad! Good drinks just be prepared to get a handful of rudeness from the workers. Also I’m lactose intolerant sadly and I asked them to remake my drink because they used regular milk and put mocha instead of matcha but they got mad and rolled their eyes also were talking about us when the door was shut they thought we didn’t notice but we did at my grandma and I. When they gave us the new drink we said thank you and they just gave us dirty looks. Idk what was up but surely not going here again😐

This establishment showed a lack of customer service. Give service to the last car who is in line 20 minutes prior to your closing time. The two young ladies in the photo literally said "And?! We're closed now and we've thrown everything away". I honestly find it hard to believe they threw coffee away if hasn't been ordered. I would have been completely fine if there attitude was completely different. They served the car in front of my daughter and I and also gave them two free breads after the gentleman started yelling at them?!! I'm not a confrontational person but if that's what it took, goodness.
