We would give it a ZERO for customer service. Hours posted on the door and internet says 10:00 AM. We arrived at 10:00. Nice gentleman opened the door and we attempted to get a 16 piece bucket. The manager stated the restaurant did not open until 10:30 so she yelled at the employee for opening the door and stateva 16 piece order should be called in. There was plenty of chicken sitting ready but she refused service. We would NEVER go back there.

I was served at the drive thru today around 1 pm. The young lady at the window was awesome. Very nice, polite. Efficient yet friendly. I appreciate her very much. The food was hot which was great. This is my usual comment about french fries any where, would be nice to have less salt. 99% of the time when ordering fries anywhere I can hardly taste the fries through the layer of salt. I do realize most people prefer lots of salt.

Imagine my shock when ordering an 8 piece bucket with 2 sides and 4 biscuits, a 12 piece of tenders ( with most of them about the size of my finger!!) And 2 large orders of fries coming to a little over $64.00??!!!!!
