MOST Always their chz sliders are kickin! But today...NO. The bread on all 10 of our burgers where crunchy stale. Crunchy. You could tap the bread and the bottoms were hard. Very bad this time around. So sad because you know they touch the bread several times...they would have been able to know and served it anyway. Very disappointed

Woman at drive through was new or not trained well. Told me to order. ,and after each item she kept saying, "I'll see you at the window". I kept saying, "I have another item...."
Amazingly order was correct and fast.

The staff went through great lengths to fill my order. I rarely eat White Castle, but when I'm near one, I always stop. This location is top tier.

There’s good food but bad customer service, I went in there with 2 other customers in there and they didn’t even say hello or anything. I had to go inside because they forgot my sauces in the drive though..

We were greeted and waited on efficiently. The young man offered a senior discount and we obligingly accepted. Food was readied in a timely manner, then got to see an Indiana sunset!

The service was great! The staff is very friendly! The restrooms could use a good cleaning but otherwise, the dining area was clean and wiped down.
