Qdoba Mexican Eats

Where do I start... Guacamole was brown and nasty. Corn salsa is sure heavy on the corn. Only thing good was the speed of the online order. Probably because they got A LOT wrong. Cutlery was not included, they did not use corn tortillas, kids meal did not come with a side of lettuce or sour cream rather it was already on the quesadilla. Will make the drive to Chipotle next time!

Hope today was an anomaly. Used foil to top bowls instead of lids (which the attendant called for after ours were made). Many of the food choices were empty or very low. Entire prep area was messy. No one seemed to be interested in helping out front. The only person working on food prep was using a foot long knife to cut handheld small tomatoes. And finally the eating area needed cleaning. Generally this location is good and the workers are efficient and personable. Hope it’s better next time.

It's a nice new parking lot!! Looks great! Friendly service! Why is my food never hot? Cold rice, cold meat, cold liquid cheese?? It's happend several times. I love this place but come on guys...where's my hot food?? So tired of stale chips. Today there was no change available to me so he told me to get my coins out of the change cup on the counter...pennies. maybe you need to make a run to the bank?? The doors and windows are filthy. 🤮 yuck!

I'm not usually one to post reviews, but after tonight's experience at Qdoba, these five stars are very warranted. A challenging woman came into the restaurant with an obscene number of orders. The staff did their absolute best to accommodate her, while still working on online orders and with other customers. They handled her and her unwarranted frustrations with nothing but professionalism. All things considered, their speed, effeciency, and food quality were absolutely on point tonight. Big thank you to the staff, and way to keep calm under pressure. Sorry you have to deal with the public.

Save your cookie cutter response. We gave them three different opportunities and each time we were on the losing end. Food handed to us with the bag sideways and the lobby door locked upon arrival with the employees clueless to the fact that at least four people are standing at the door. I know.... blame it on covid, inexperienced or short staff but there are zero excuses for not taking care of the paying customers. Supper excited to see you arrive in Brownsburg but now we could care less. All of the reviews are pretty much the same which indicates no leadership action taken

I've been to this location 3 times in the last 3 weeks and each time they were out of taco salad shells so I went elsewhere. Today I called and was told they had them. When I got there, the doors were locked and when someone finally came out with an order, I was told they were only doing online orders. There was no sign on the door nor did they tell me when I called. Tried to do the online ordering 3 times and it just said something was wrong. When I called and explained this was my 4th visit, the manager said nothing could be done even tho I could easily see how they could have taken my order at the side door and charged my debit card. I called back a few minutes later to get the manager's name and was hung up on twice. On the 3rd time, she said her name was Rachel. The customer service at this location stinks and half the time they r out of many of the items. This site could be doing alot more business if it were managed properly. And to add something funny, when u go to menu highlights, it shows someone's personal photo of chips with the caption "soggy oily chips with too much salt". Don't know how it got on the menu!
