I love the vegan pho here! I order it all the time for pick up or delivery. But I don’t live far and I decided to dine in for an evening… I ordered the same thing, but was disappointed at the portion for dining in, when I get it to go this soup usually is 2 meals for me. I think it’s the best vegan pho to be found the broth is super complex and tasty. my only Complaint is the portion size for the $. (and I wish they gave you a lime)

So they had an emo playlist goin and I heard Bright Eye’s Lover I Don’t Have to Love out in public for the first time in my life. Usually a listen to Bright Eyes is a solo, masochistic foray but today it yanked me from a nice vermicelli and threw me back into the tumultuous hectic and unstable teenage year of 2008. I wish I could go back in time and give little me a pack of American Spirits. I was smoking Newports because that’s what I could get. I’d also tell her life is going to be more amazing than she ever could have imagined. This is not a real Vietnamese restaurant. What are you?

I am grateful to find a place that has default gluten free pho - and a vegetarian (I think vegan) option. The broth was ddelicious and has depth of flavor. Great ratios of noodles to other stuff. My partner also liked his beef pho. Do not recommend the cucumber app, they lacked umami/salt as well as sweet. Not a huge fan that restaurants are passing extra expenses onto customers and asking us to pay huge tips by default for a low-service style restaurant that being said, I'd eat here again. Decent environment, not fancy. Giving 5 stars because this place has great pho and I want it to say open

Safe and satisfying choice if you're looking for a quick lunch! I tried the lemongrass bánh mì: it was good. The pulled pork BAO buns are super savory! Very much recommend.

The catfish bánh mì was so so good, I actually can’t wait to go back and taste it again. The wings were also delicious but not as impressive.

Overall this place is a vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and the whole dining operation seemed pretty flawless to the guest. Pretty delicious food and pretty heavy as well, would recommend this place for one of those days in which one is truly hungry. My partner and I had some veggie buns and a curry bowl. These were both really good and also extremely filling. Really good options for vegetarians as well as chicken and fish enthusiasts. Gotta say, Vietnamese is not usually my choice but food here makes me question that a little bit. Definitely will come back.

The staff was really nice and the space was very clean! I ordered the shrimp bao buns and the beef pho. The bao buns were pretty good but the beef pho fell short in my opinion. For a 16 hour beef and oxtail broth, it lacked a lot of flavor. I did read the food can be hit or miss, so I’ll definitely stop by again and try something else!

Pictured below are the veggie pho and veggie rice bowl. The service was excellent. I’ve been needing some hot water to sip on lately given how chilly it is outdoors and the server gave me a glass even though they don’t normally have it available. He was also really into the food and gave us recommendations. The veggie broth was flavorful and didn’t need too many additional toppings. The tofu was crispy and delicious. I really enjoyed the rice bowl. The eggplant was cooked perfectly—not mushy at all. The sunny side egg was also a plus. Can’t wait to go back to this spot soon!
