Long wait at DT line and then get to the window to pick up our order they didn’t ring in a large fry. No way were we waiting even longer for them to ring in a large fry. Total time in line to as around 25 minutes which is ridiculous for a “fast food” DT short staffed or not. Didn’t offer sauce for corn dogs nor give them s any napkins.

I'll be honest, I was not expecting much from Long John Silvers and A&W combo. I normally leave these restaurant models disappointed, but this time was an exception largely due to Kayle (spelling). She was friendly and efficient. She also walked around checking on the guests like a waitress instead of a cashier. As a fan of Long Long Silvers I was happy that my meal was just a yummy as when I go to a stand alone Long Johns. Thank you Kayle for making this a pleasant experience.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!! Sat in drive through for 30 min. On top of that is was terrible service. The girl acted like she didn't know anything Half the menu was "out of stock." When we got to window they were just laughing and talking hanging out and didn't even know what our order was. We finally got our food and there was long blonde hair wrapped all around my food. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

Always delicious! However, we had ordered extra fries. We We're done eating our entire meal and they totally forgot about our french fries. We ended up leaving, with no french fries and was charged for them! We got an apology but not our money back. We did not push to get our money back because I am not that petty over a few dollars but they seem to be understaffed. We were there, during lunch time. They should have had plenty of french fries. My family owns Dairy Queens and I have had to work in them. That is one of the busiest times, in a restaurant, of the week. They were not prepared.
