Disaster tonight . March 8 th 2022 was the fundraiser for Falls LennoX ECC school PTA . . After waiting 2 hrs past my pickup delivery time I canceled . At least 2 dozen other families canceled before me . Complete disaster . I haven’t had Marcos pizza in at least 10 yrs.
And It will be at least another 10 years before I make this mistake again . I was just trying to help raise money for the PTA . But they are a disaster in Berea . They even ran out of pizza dough .
I felt bad for the employees . But the owners fumbled this BIG TIME !!!’

I’m changing my review because they hired better employees and finally, I get my pizza sauce fresh with my order of cheese bread. Excellent service now! It’s amazing when you get the right people working there. Thank you.

I have always been a fan of Marco's. And this particular location has to be top of my list going forward. Ordered their two topping special just few minutes before they close. They still took the order and served with a smile. Don't even get me started on the generous veggie toppings they use. Haven't seen like that from any chain stores. Made my night and can't appreciate enough!!

Besides making and delivering pizza their only job is to make sure the order is correct. The last few times we have ordered the pizza was incorrect and looked extremely old. Here are two pictures for comparison. the first pizza that was delivered and the replacement. The second picture is a pizza we just received after ordering a large thin crust extra cheese pizza. It might be time to find a new delivery company

Taking my business to Jets tonight after being on hold for more than 15 mins, and finally getting someone to answer the phone after calling back again who had no clue what was going on and just told me “he just walked in we are out of dough”.

I got there beef 12 inch sub today I have say never again they show you this huge beef sandwich in ads once get it it hardly had any beef or cheese worse sub I had ever had I been getting tired of there pizza to hardly any condiments pay more get less last time Marco's losing customers is not good for business give people what pay for but that sub was ridiculous last time
