Subway

Order was not ready when I was told it was on the app. But the staff was very accommodating and made the sandwich quickly. They were not busy at all so it was not a problem. There were some discrepancies in the sandwich because the app does not communicate well with this branch so I had to remind them of what was needed. Overall very good experience the staff are very helpful and accommodating

Rude customer service. At 4:00 in the afternoon they had only 2 types of bread and they were rock hard. Veggies were definitely not fresh, lettuce and tomato covered in slime. Soda machines not working, stagnant water lying in catch tray. It was absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a restaurant this nasty, that still serves customers. Really bad!!!!

Very dirty, two guys working with a not working oven(I dont fault them for the machine not working) not informing customers that it isn't working properly. One guy asked what bread for the next customer in line and slammed it on counter and walked off. Came back a minute later and asked what sandwich, thaey had ran out of teriyaki chicken and customer said "nevermind" and went to leave, guy threw bread back in the oven. Just all around unprofessional and slow. Won't be coming back.

My fiancée & I went to the Subway inside Walmart today, located in Bedford, Va. We had been shopping a little bit so we were ready to grab sum food before we head home. As we walk up to the counter an older woman named Jenny comes out to fix our sandwiches; i believe she might have been in training by the way she was meticulously placing the meat, vegetables, & condiments on our sandwiches... she honestly could be the one making them for their commercials. She was very polite, sandwiches looked great & tasted better. It was 1 of our better Subway visits 😁

Went here on a weekend because we were already in Walmart grocery shopping & we were hungry. Employees were all very professional & subs were good & fresh. Actually liked this one better in Walmart than the free-standing one in town! Dining area could have been a bit cleaner but it was very busy so understandable. I like that if you're hungry before you start shopping, there it is right there when you walk in the store to satisfy your hunger before you go spending all your money buying groceries!😆

This used to be a regular haunt of mine. I probably ate here about 4 times a week. My work/life schedule changed and I wasn't able to go for a few months. A lot has changed in that time. All of the staff that was there have left. These were faces I had come to love and get to know pretty well. The few times I've been by recently they seemed to be understaffed and not stocked up on fresh ingredients. It's a shame because I really use to love this place. Use to be my favorite Subway chain in the Lynchburg/Bedford area.
