Pizza Hut

Drove by on my way to Kroger and am extremely concerned for the food quality and safety. I originally wasn't going to mention it, but, but I've witnessed an employee out on break in the front of the store, multiple times, clearly wearing Pizza Hut attire, wearing what appeared to be FLIPFLOPS or some other open shoe. It's quite nasty and I'm concerned people who eat from here aren't getting the most sanitary conditions. I will refuse to order from here and will inform my friends and family to NOT order at this location. Someone who works there is potentially spreading foot fungus into their food. I used to like this place but I don't know what happened. Gross

i’d give it a .5 if i could just for the unprofessionalism. “manager” Mary needs to go. she’s the reason y’all have no staff or customers, if i may speak for the town🤷🏻‍♀️ let’s not start on my order i placed last week, 25min wait time & the order wasn’t even started until i walked in to come pick it up.

Even though their food is really good, their customer service is another story. Some of the delivery drivers are good honest people who do their jobs the way they should. The last several times when I ordered (or tried to order), there were a lot of problems. 4 or 5 times, I never got my order at all. They never showed. I order strictly for delivery because I don't have a car (or a driver's license), where I could go pick it up. My only option is delivery. A number of times, they started getting my order wrong. When I call the store for questions, or to order by phone, the call is rerouted away from the store to a "call center". When I try to contact the store on the option menu (option number 3), I get a busy signal and a dropped call. Couple of the drivers were extremely rude (not the good drivers, but the bad delivery drivers), and seemed to have an attitude problem. And then this particular location seemed to have stopped doing delivery altogether. I'm no longer going to order from Pizza Hut from the Batesville, Indiana, location. Maybe it's just as well, because I found out this past September that I'm diabetic, and have to cut back on excess carbs. This Pizza Hut used to be a very good store. But because of being understaffed (or so they claim) and having some bad apples for delivery drivers who refuse to have good customer service, it has gone downhill very fast. It's not their food that's the problem. If that location doesn't improve its business practices, they're going to go completely out of business. Our whole society is becoming dishonest, and trying to get away with cheating people. It ain't right.

Placed my order at 3:45 for a 4:30 delivery time. I called at 4:45 and the phone just kept ringing. At 4:55 I received a call stating that they didn’t have a driver, I changed it to pick up. Got there and my order still wasn’t ready. No one was wearing gloves while handling food. I finally got my pizza at 5:20. The pizza was gross…drowning with cheese and grease. The “bbq sauce” on it was watery. I do not recommend, and will not be returning.

We ordered pizza on Sunday June 12th at about 6pm. The person taking our order was barely understandable and was not friendly. I had to ask several times what she was trying to say. To top that our pizza didn't come for three hours and it was just left on our front porch. We told the pizza guy to take it back. He did say we would be reimbursed but I'm sure I will have to call and make it happen.
