Arby's

Well the medium roast beef was very good but the bottom part of the bun was soggy but was alright. Got 3 roast beef sliders 2 we're fine the 3 one had no meat just jalapenos on it. Got the new chicken salad sandwich which looked wonderful in the picture. I thought about taking pictures of it and should have. I cut the chicken salad sandwich into quarters and there was only enough chicken to fill only one quarter. Granted it tasted good but for 10 bucks for a sandwich it had better be more than a chilled chicken slider. Sad.

The employees there are very helpful and nice. I cannot eat onions I forgot my sandwich came with onions so I forgot to ask for it without which was completely my fault and I went and talked to them and they made me a complete new sandwich without onions and were very kind. Another day later I went back and the manager remembered me and asked the crew to make sure there were no onions on the sandwich before I even got it without me saying anything that time i asked for no onions but she was just making sure because she knew I couldn't eat them. They have always been very polite and kind and helpful I love the employees at this restaurant.

We came in Early in the Day, Don't live in the area ! It was clean when we came in !Their Brisket Meat in General in other locations, is Not as Good so it was During Covid ? Today was Very fatty and Grisly ! Needs Improvements in that area at all locations! It was Tough and Fatty ! Need to ask about Fries ,because we don't eat their much and didn't eat the curly fries , We don't eat spicy Fries ! We as a Group of 3 threw away a lot of fries ! Ask or tell about spicy fries ,it would improve for people who don't eat their much ?

The food is good, but the time it takes them to make basic stuff with very little to no customers is insane! If they can increase the speed of service I can bump this review up. Update 6/11: The speed that food is coming out now is incredible. No longer does it take 45 mins to get a sandwich and fries. Thank you for fixing this!!

My order was right. My wife's order was wrong, when she said something to the cashier apparently they mixed up the sandwich and knew about it but went ahead and sent it out anyway. Bathroom looked like somebody shave their face with clippers over the toilet and there were NO paper towels available to dry hands after washing them. 6-13-22 Just got an automated reply to this comment after my experience, and after reading some of the other reviews I will never eat there again nor will I recommend this food dump. Maybe they should take a look at the ownership and management, possibly even shut down and retrain ALL NEW STAFF. Just went to the web page to give "further" comments as instructed by the automated reply and it came up that the page "could not be found". Right now Arby's, your "brownie" points are in the negative side of the scale. Never using you guys again.
