Mcdonald's

I wanted to give a great BIG shout out to Eric! Sunday morning at this location things were very hectic due to technical difficulties with the order screen. Eric kept all customers informed of the situation (even to the Spanish speaking patron since Eric is evidently fluent). He handled every customer with excellence-from the understanding people who waited patiently, to the one woman who lost her patience, to the customers who placed on line orders. While Eric was keeping the front end running, every employee was working diligently to get through the exceptionally long drive thru line, and the cooks were working non stop for the hour plus I was there. I just wanted McDonald’s management to know what an asset you have in Eric and the crew - so many people do not express compliments for great work, only share their complaints. Awesome work!

Ordered two sausage biscuits no biscuit (gluten allergy) and one hash brown. I do this because for some moronic reason ordering two sausage patties is almost double. You’d of thought I asked for a nuclear codes. They refused to do this because it messes up their inventory even though there is a no biscuit option at literally any McDonald’s in the country. Just not here. Wonder what they do when people ask for no cheese? This place is a joke. If they can’t figure this out I surely will not trust them to make my food. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

Gave me a medium fry when I ordered a large. Forgot to give me a cup & had to ask for it. Very slow but understandable considering they seem understaffed. Every time I’ve been in there it’s been quick and easy and today just was not it. Waited for almost 15 minutes and now my food is cold and just sorta disappointing.
