Burger King

My food is cold EVERY time!!! How can you be so busy yet serve old food? I live 3 minutes away and my burgers are cold when I get home. No exaggeration. I keep trying to give them a chance because they just opened but after spending $40 to feed myself and two teen boys only to get cold food I'm over it.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they sent me a nasty whopper. I don’t eat lettuce tomato or, especially onion on my burgers. Said they ran out of meat for the single pattie cheeseburger. Yet you send me a single pattie nasty whopper. Why not take that pattie and make me a cheeseburger? Because your too lazy and you already had a whopper made beforehand. Will NOT order from you again. Thank you to my door dasher, Laderrick, who waited 20 minutes for a small simple order.

Southern Hospitality at its Finest From the outside entrance, the bathrooms, the lobby, to the back area you can see from the counter was clean. Miss Mary and the other lady at the front almost made me think I was in a small local diner instead of the hustle and bustle of the fast food industry. They weren't busy with customers but they were all checking everything cleaning and going through checklist instead of sitting around gossiping like we're used to in the big city. Another lady walked in as I was leaving and they actually said hello mrs.xxx, addressed her by her name. I knew this lady was a customer and not an employee's because one of the other employees stay at I haven't seen you in a couple days I started worrying about you how have you been. Clean friendly Quality Foods it gets no better than that and it's only because of the people in there working.

Awesome fast and friendly service! Ms Tee, Okyra and Richard were really awesome. Door dash stole my food and never brought it to my house and I came to the store to reorder the food. Richard was the only one on the line cooking and had to remake my big order and was really friendly and cool about it. I appreciate them for fast and friendly service even tho they got screwed over by door dash too. Thank you guys so much. You helped turn my TERRIBLE door dash experience into a fantastic Burger King experience!!!

Large sign stating that dining room was open but was told the lobby is closed as soon as I entered???? Waited in line for a while after ordering to be told they were out of the item I ordered. It seems like there’s always an issue every time I’ve tried to go here. From being ignored by staff to hour long wait times with minimal customers. I won’t be trying to order from this location anymore.
