My husband ordered plain chocolate Taiwanese shaved ice, but there are so many other great combos. Very light in flavor. My daughter likes the Boba and Tapioca teas. You can’t choose your sweetness here like at other boba tea places. They have one measurement of sweet. For someone like me, who likes 10% sweet, it’s not my favorite location, but my daughter loves full sweet. We frequent here often.

My friend raves about Boba Madness so I finally decided to give it a shot there. The service wasn't that good. I asked the person taking my order to give me all toppings except jelly. He seemed confused. He called another person and she looked even more confused at my request. I finally gave up and said to give me the item as is. I also ordered a box of macaroons which were hard and stale. I'm talking toast-hard. It crumbled like a toast too. How stale does a macaroon have to be to get a crunch like toast? Can I get my money back? Seriously! Given that a boba and 6 macaroons cost me around $25, I was expecting at least decent macarons. The boba was okay, nothing to ride home about. I think there's a hype around Boba Madness because they use all the different toppings they have, but it's a confusion of flavors and you can barely taste the tea. And their puddings lacked distinct notes. Not sure if it's because everything was jumbled together. I tried to taste every individual item and was very disappointed with the puddings. They also need to clean the outdoor tables because one was extremely dirty. I also asked about their rewards program and they said I can only get points if I order through the app. They did not mention this before I placed my order. If they are trying to push the app, the cashiers should let customers know because the standard procedure for any boba place is giving them your number and getting the points or getting a little punch card for each drink you ordered. So, this is absolutely ridiculous. Anyway, I won't recommend this place. I'm sure there are much better boba places in the area.

We love the snowy ice here - I don’t know how they make it so chewy. The flavors are on point and we devour the bowl when it comes out, esp the honeydew one. The bowls are large and can feed up to 4, depending on how much you devour.

So many flavors for customizing your perfect tea, fruit smoothie, coffee, and shaved ice! Our first visit it was tough to choose but we selected Green Coconut tea lightly sweetened and a banana smoothie. The ingredients were fresh and I loved the premium quality of tea. I'm looking forward to going back and having a coffee next.

Great Boba tea. We go here at least once a week if it more. Mango smoothie - great if you like icees and other sweet fruity flavors. Try it with poppers Taro cream blast- the best. With tapioca, or egg pudding. Not too sweet. If you’re used to getting just tapioca, I highly recommend trying pudding or poppers. These add a different texture and experience to boba teas. Pudding if you want a mild taste. Poppers if you want more flavors. My personal recommendation- taro cream blast, with egg pudding, less ice. This might be a franchise, but I don’t mind supporting the locals who own this place. They do it right.

Always quality and well balanced. I myself am basic and get the strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry bursters but nonetheless it's really good and inviting.
