Ordered 80 cups to-go and it was delivered 1) on time 2) great set up 3) still super cold! Will for sure look at Pinkberry for future corporate orders after a perfect experience.
It's like any other froyo place, but better. There's a couple of key differences. First, their yogurt tends to be tarter than any other froyo place. I think that has to do with the active cultures -- which I am presuming means it's healthier. Next, while they have pretty much all the toppings just like every other froyo place, it's not self-serve. Place your order and they prepare everything for you.
My advice? This spotlessly clean place is worth a visit, especially for the strawberry lemonade yogurt, which was absolutely the best combination of sweet and tart that I've had in a long time.
Awesome place for frozen yogurt! Somehow their froyo tastes better than most other places. It's not like the typical places where you get as much as you want, but you just pick from 3 different sizes of cups and serving. You get to choose your toppings here but the staff are the ones who put them on for you.
The place is very clean and staff is helpful. There's usually no wait.
Tip for parents: they have a Tiny size for kids, if you don't want them to be on crazy sugar high.
First time here. Tried 2 flavors: Cookies & cream was like a good milk chocolate, Coconut had an odd texture, but tasted good. Will return to try others.
I am so happy that Austin now has a Pinkberry! I would love for it to be located more centrally, but I will take what I can get.
With the frozen yogurt market rather saturated, Pinkberry has to go above and beyond to make its place. They don't disappoint. There isn't any better quality frozen yogurt available. You can taste the quality and can see the freshness of their fruit topping.
For those used to a million flavors and even more toppings, Pinkberry might not be for you. But, if you are looking for high quality frozen yogurt with fresh fruit and the basic toppings you need to check Pinkberry out. After you do, I doubt you can go back to the "other stuff."
As far as frozen yogurt goes... this is the best I have ever had. The yogurt is the perfect consistency. I hate the icy or too creamy taste of some of the other popular yogurt chains.
If you are in the area the I highly recommend stopping by. I also recommend lots of toppings because why not?!

I had the small chocolate hazelnut with some different types of berries on top. DELICIOUS and easily fit within my calorie budget in an otherwise healthy diet. Haven't had frozen yogurt in a while, and it hit the spot. I have no financial ties to this company but do review places as a registered dietitian when I happen upon them.
FINALLY!! love pink berry. The flavors are always fabulous. It's fresh and the toppings are way fun. The people are so nice. They also have frozen greek yogurt. Pinkberry is also healthier than most froyo places. Love it.
Finally! There is a Pinkberry in Austin. Austin always seems the last to get the best of everything! But this location is nicely tucked away in Westlake. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The line moves quickly and the variety is good. The toppings are all fresh. It is a great stop after a hot day. Love it, so tasty.
The flavors change seasonally, so if there is something that you find that you like you should, get it as often as possible. I love the mochi, it's my favorite thing that they have there.
The fro yo is amazing and the employees are very nice
