THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS BUSY - it is near Walmart and next to a Chick-fil-A it’s the only Starbucks in that little area so there’s always a line in the drive through but inside it’s less crowded

I come to this location every morning as soon as they open at 4:30 am. The lady that takes my order is a thin blonde women and she’s so sweet. She already knows my order before I even say it very respectful and nice and I appreciate her customer service. Thank you lady! Wish I knew your name but you are doing a great job!!

Clean little Starbucks! Most of the staff are friendly and customer service driven. I made a mobile order for a coffee and a refresher. I picked up inside but when I got there only the coffee was ready which was totally fine they were pretty busy. I waited for a bit for my drink to be made and after a while I noticed the cup with my name on it just sitting on a far side of a counter space. I had my dog waiting for me in my car so I tried asking the really tall girl with the pigtails if whenever she had a chance to complete the drink but she wasn’t interested. The beautiful short ponytail with the curly hair who was taking care of the coffees jumped in and made my drink in less than a minute and sent me on my way. Super quick, efficient, and pleasant. Thank you so much! ❤️
I know customer service can be a drag and some people are the worst but a few of us out here can still be helped without it being a stressful customer for you at work.

Long drive through line, and I was feeling annoyed. I got to the front and handed over my phone to scan my Starbucks app, and she said my coffee was on me because their machine that scans was down. What a great way to keep loyal customers 🙂

Wonderful service! Everyone was so kind. The barista even made sure to ask if I had meant to take my whipped cream off since I had ordered with soy milk and I was super grateful for that! It was my first time making a large order for my office and they didn't get frustrated at all.
