The wait was very long, though usually a very good place to go, especially with family. We didn't actually eat there bc we were in a rush but the food is usually very good!

Unfortunately a lot of IHOP's aren't even good anymore. This one, however, I've been to twice now. The building was clean, inside and out, even on my first trip when they were quite busy. The host was quick and professional, the waitress just the right amount of attentive & friendly, and the food was fresh and excellent. While I'm staying in the area, I'll be back. Wish my local one was like this one, I'd actually go there again!

Great service, delicious food, calm atmosphere, and open 24 hours! I like it and am returning for food even now. The servers are nice and food comes out fast. I’m not sure these super negative reviews are warranted. It’s never been busy when I’ve been here.

One day I had my 2 grandkids but didn't had enough for me. I was going to pay for my grandchildren. But they help me to where my money stretch so I could eat. That was awesome for them to help

We met a beautiful boy with Down syndrome named Angel and it made me miss my boy. My chicken quesadilla was great with salsa and the breakfast papas. I even had hot chocolate. Was in the mood for something different. :).

Every time I come to this place is packed! But for a good reason: it’s sooooo good!!!
I learned my lesson and now I order to go, because their waiting list is really long. Sometimes up to 45 mins. Of course, you don’t wait that long, but I’ve waited before.
Anyway, I order to go and pick up my food within 15 mins!
As for the food, as I said before, it’s so good! I love their omelettes, creeps, steaks, chicken strips, EVERYTHING!
If you ask me, my favorite pancakes are the New York Cheesecake pancakes.

BEST IHOP I’ve EVER experienced hands down!!!! I really appreciate the gentlemen who went out of their way to ensure that my order was fulfilled. I think the young man had even clocked out for the night, but on his way out, he came to the car to check on us & then he went back inside just for us and didn’t come out until he had our order in hand. I mean that is just so sweet. Everyone there went out of their way to ensure we got our carry out fulfilled. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Didn’t even have to ask for silverware or butter & syrups bc our Togo bag was FULLY STOCKED. And that’s something I really appreciate. They made our experience perfect. AND it was VERY late like 2am. Great quality Food everything was perfect! Big thank you to this IHOP #3000 <3
