Dream Bakery was given an assignment and executed both times. I had them to make my sons 13th birthday cake “Ricky and Morty” style. Then I referred the bakery to my Godparents for my God brothers graduation party. Both times cake was great. Delicious and moist. Thank you Dream Bakery for your amazing service.

Dream Bakery has nailed it yet again for my son's first birthday party cake! We have used them for our wedding, husband's 30th birthday, and now my son's first birthday. Their cake is sooo good and a big plus being gluten free and dairy free!

This was my first time requesting a custom cake ever and I had this idea of a cheeseburger shaped cake for my husband. This shop blew our minds with what they came up with! Not only did it look awesome, but it tasted amazing. I went with a non gluten free option this time since I just wanted a basic cake and it was strawberry butter cream with fondant. It was delicious, smooth, sweet, and I can’t wait to try more cake and pastries from this place in the future. Side note, I ate what looked like a toaster stroodle/pop tart thing when I went to pick up the cake and that was delicious too! It had strawberry filling. Thank you!

I visited Austin in November 2021 and got a lot of keto items! The cinnamon rolls were so good! I brought home to Virginia a few to freeze and am having the carrot cake rn. It’s so good!!! Way to go.

I've left a 5 star review before because it is a great place for yummy gluten free baked goods. But they really struggle to keep reliable hours. For the second time in a row over the last few weeks we have arrived an hour before close and they had already closed for the day. And another time before that it was a little over an hour before close and they only had one plate of things still out to buy and they were putting all the other goods away... I assume to be added to their frozen section. We even called before we headed out and the voicemail said open until 5pm. If you have posted business hours, you should keep them. If you're a bakery, you should bake enough goods to sell until your posted business hours are up. Running a business with integrity is just as important as selling good quality food. (Edited more stars back in after response from owners. Thanks for your consideration.)

Dream bakery is exactly that, a dream! As someone who has a gluten sensitivity, I never thought that I would be able to enjoy the type of delicious treats sold in a bakery ever again. Dream bakery has made that dream a reality. Fluffy croissants, delicious cookies, and fruit kolaches, that remind me of my grandmother's, are just a few of the delicious eats you'll find here. Please support this business, you'll be happy you did!

I've been here twice and my first experience was the best. This first time I visited, I had a great experience! The staff was enthusiastic and explained all to their items. There were so many to choose from that my friend and I got one of almost everything and split it. This was around 10 or 11 am and I wish I had taken a picture but it was so delicious that I couldn't resist the food. In fact, I was so pleased with the flavor or everything that I placed a custom order for a dozen cupcakes and M&M cookies (pictured). My second visit was to pick up the custom order with the hopes of getting breakfast while I was there but a little less welcoming. Imagine my surprise that there were only 3 choices of items behind the glass and they were almost out of each. This was at 10 am on a Saturday and I think they open at 9 am. Also, when I received my items, the individual working the counter gave me my order then walked away without checking if I needed anything or to see if I was pleased with my order, then went to help the people that came in after me. I was able to order after them but still a bit upset by how that transaction happened. Overall, the food is great and I will still return but hopefully the customer service is a little more consistent.

Pretty tasty... i got the keto cheesecake and it's good. The baker said the crust is made with almond flour. We'll see what it does to my ketones levels in the morning. The baker was kind enough to provide nutritional facts for all keto items. These are pictured below. Update: I remained in ketosis after eating an entire slice of cheese cake yesterday. I test daily with a blood meter. These desserts are truly keto and I'll be back. 😉

My husband and I used Dream Bakery for our wedding in December 2020. They made our wedding cake and groom’s cake, and even a couple of gluten free chocolate cupcakes for our Best Man who has celiac disease. If you’re considering Dream Bakery for any occasion, do it! Such a wonderful team; they took our ideas, made them even better, and brought them to life! We had a four tier wedding cake with vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream filling, and vanilla buttercream frosting. The groom’s cake was a red velvet sheet cake with cream cheese frosting and tons of fondant work. Our cakes looked absolutely beautiful and tasted wonderful! Our guests were raving about the designs and taste. Even our Best Man said his cupcakes were outstanding and he wanted more! You won’t be disappointed with Dream Bakery!
