These are the best tacos I've had in the Austin area by far.
The staff is so friendly and the food is authentic and fresh. If you are traveling through Austin you definitely need to stop and try em out!.... oh and the green salsa is to die for !!
During my six years living in Austin, I have to say Gringas is one of the best taco shops around. It's very authentic. Staff is friendly and the variety of tacos is great. Definitely a must go to!
Their mobile/online ordering was AMAZING! Showed up and didn't have to wait in line! But I'll tell you what, the only thing better than the ease of ordering online and picking up my food at the window were these AMAZING TACOS! guys, I've had lots of tacos in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah but I wasn't prepared for how good these were. Next time in I'm the area, you better believe I will be back!!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area or living there.
My company works with a food delivery site called Lunchdrop. I ordered their food through that website. Phenomenal breakfast tacos, street corn, and queso. Pictured is one of the street corn, and a Break Feast taco that has flank steak, bacon, egg, potatoes, and cheese. I highly recommend going double bacon, potatoes, eggs, and cheese.

Gringa's has been our go-to place for breakfast tacos for nearly every business mixer over the past year (and more), and they've never let us down. Not once! Always such incredible food, excellent service, and ready on time when we are on the go. Gringa's is awesome!
The mexican corn was amazing. The pastor was incredible. Great stuff! Happy i stopped by
Good tacos! Decent prices. I'd love to give it 5 stars but I've only been twice & got the "The Pastor" both times & the corn tortillas are paper thin & fall apart very, very easily; I wind up having to use a fork. But other than that, I will most likely return to try other menu items. Especially since it's so close to my job. They're pretty fast at service & friendly too.
Pretty good authentic Mexican tacos. these aren't Tex-Mex covered in cheese and 10 different condiments. Being that they're authentic, the meat is generally a little bit dry unless you get something that's cooked in a sauce. The street corners really good too.
Pretty good tacos and reasonable prices. The Al Pastor doesn't quite reach the awesomeness of Taco More, but not bad. Small but pleasant outdoor picnic area but otherwise it's a drive through and walk up.
My boyfriend and I were driving around trying to find a place to eat that we haven't been to when we stumbled across Gringa's. Between the two of us, we tried almost every taco on the menu. Everything was good. The tacos have more meat and are larger than your typical taco place, which makes up for them being a little pricier. Still, a very fair price for what you get. The al pastor tacos were the best we have had so far here in Austin. Try it out. You won't regret it.
Simply the nicest staff ever, and the tacos are great. Just great. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The ribster and the breakfast tacos are my go to tacos when I come here - and this place is way out of my way, yet I come here several times a month because their tacos are so good. Everyone I have turned on to them, loves their food.
On busy Burnett there is a great place to grab a taco. It's a drive-thru takeout place but it has outdoor picnic tables. When the weather is nice, it's a great place to sit outside and enjoy your food. The taco was good and the price was reasonable.
