Fish and chips. Monster serving. Big burgers. Full bar. Food is Excellent. Tater tots are that perfect crispy. I was bummed out at first when it had changed from Waterloo ice house but then I ate. I've been there close 40 times this year and I do not live close. Great menu and drink selection. Average price is about $12 a plate but portions are big. Service has always been excellent when I have gone. Really good daily specials for drinks and food. Excellent place to grab a bite and/or a drink.

Stopped in because I had a late night craving for fish & chips. The fish came out piping hot and excellent with a light crispy batter crust and tender flaky fish. The fries were mediocre and lukewarm. I’d recommend them in the fish alone. A full order has three pieces and a half order (what I got) has two large pieces that can be easily subdivided into four to share if desired.

I really love the fish sliders here. One of my favorite meals in town, actually. Yeah. So. I really like them. Sometimes the service can just be a little...off. Sometimes it’s great, but other times I’m waiting at a table forever (it’s seat-yourself) and no one comes and checks. Have to go up and say something. It’s dog-friendly outside so that’s a plus. Overall I like this place. Getting a drink or two, or a pitcher with some friends. Good happy hour. 4/5 just due to sometimes having to wait for service. Not all the time though. I say go. It’s good.
