Visited Austin for the first time this weekend and we found this little gem. If you want authentic Tuscan Italian food, this is your restaurant. The restaurant was beautiful and the server was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave suggestions of the menu. Started with the wild boar ragu and crostini. Melt in your mouth tender and delicious. I ordered the fettuccine al Funghi and the homemade pasta was to die for as well as the dish as a whole. Perfect vegetarian dish or dish in general if you don't want to have meat. My boyfriend had the duck with polenta and I loved it. It was his first time having duck so he is still on the fence about it but it was yummy! Wanted to do dessert but we were too full. Will definitely be back again whenever we visit Austin in the future.
I've eaten here about 5 times and love it. The place is beautiful and the food is incredible. I always get a small portion of the goat cheese, sausage, and homemade ribbon pasta dish no matter what else I get. I'll be back.
I was really looking forward to celebrating my partner and my anniversary at Siena. With the high expectations set by positive reviews, I was quite hopeful. However, our experience fell short due to the service we received. We visited last Tuesday evening and were seated in the back corner, despite the restaurant being empty upon our arrival. Contrary to the praised hospitality mentioned by others, we found it lacking. Although our waitress was pleasant, her demeanor suggested a lack of enthusiasm. Additionally, it was peculiar that everyone else received bread except us. On the upside, the food was great. I ordered the pork rib chop, and my partner had pasta. Overall, our visit was satisfactory, but I'm unlikely to return or recommend this dining experience to friends.
Always a great experience in every way! This time the pris fixe dinner was very appealing but for the fact that beef was the meat (which my husband said was delicious, but I don’t eat beef). The waitress offered to substitute salmon - I wouldn’t have thought to ask for that accommodation - and I was in business. The meal, service, and everything else were great. We got the quiet table that we had requested with our reservation and had a wonderful, lingering meal and conversation with long-time friends. Siena has been a favorite of ours and theirs, and it never disappoints.
An elegant restaurant with an atmosphere that takes you to Italy in terms of delicious food dishes and distinguished service👌
Great ambiance and service. We accidentally spilled water onto one of the plates and they quickly replaced it. Super patient and understanding with our requests. I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the beet salad could’ve used more seasoning. And pasta had a sour taste that I wasn’t a big fan. Loved the calamari.
Great atmosphere- makes you feel like you are in an Italian villa. The bread is made their daily and very good. The bacon wrapped figs are excellent and the pasta dishes are delicious. I’d maybe skip on the roasted veggies - they were good but not a must have. The desserts came out a bit strange one had good consistency but the other two were like chocolate soup.
So amazing! The fettucine and papardalle were both incredible. So thin but still had texture and the sauces were so flavorful.
Perfect romantic venue to celebrate our anniversary. Jordan was very nice and friendly and helpful. She was a joy that made our dinner a success. Calamari was superb, not your standard plate of fried circles. Ask for the bread, you'll be glad you did.
This is our “neighborhood place”. The food is always well prepared, fresh and tasty. Portions are large but not crazy. The pricing is very good considering the high quality of the food. Wine list is easy to use. Friendly staff, and you can usually get a table on short notice. Very comfortable seating and usually quiet enough to have conversations with your companions. Dessert and coffee choices are a bit limited.
Wonderful food, service, aesthetics, and ambiance! All of the food was delicious and the setting heightened the experience. If you want a fine dining experience, this is the place for you!
Anniversary dinner. Had reservation. Host very professional and friendly. Sat us in a cozy table upstairs by the window. Loved the atmosphere. Staff was very professional and helpful. Food was delicious. Nice selection of wine. Delicious desserts. Excellent place for date night.
