Horrible customer service. Used to fill up every morning but stopped coming due to that. Store is nasty and dirty at all times y'all. Even when they first open. Bathroom is beyond disgusting. Don't get a fountain drink. I don't feel that that machine has been cleaned in a long time.

The Clerk here does not know how to use the credit card terminal! He was ready to turn me away because my chip is malfunctioning on my debit card. Everyone that know how to use a card terminal knows that with a chip card it allows either 2 or 3 swipes and then the terminal can be overridden to allow a mag stripe. The guy refused to try. The next time I decide to come to this 7-eleven, I hope to God they have a clerk who knows what he is doing.

Very, very filthy store. Seriously. No one cleaned inside the bathroom, including foods, drinks and these floors are totally dirty. Y’all would never know what if coworkers ain’t wasting their no hands before using or touching on items in the store!!!!! Very disgusted. How much customers are totally blinded.

Went in to redeem a lottery win and clerk said it wasn’t a winner. Instead of making a scene, I decided to put up a review.
By the way, not even ONE star should be given to a business that would take $4 from a senior citizen.
Finally got a response about 3 weeks ago saying someone would get in touch with me soon, and...nothing since. I’ve worked for 7/11 and THIS is not the non caring I remember, at all.
And I haven’t been back since.

The employees there are awesome! This was the second gas station I went to where the quarter slot for the air pump was closed. The employee cashapped me 2$ just so I could have money on a card because the air pump also has a card option. Of course I paid him back in cash. You don't see many people doing those everyday acts of kindness much less while at work. Rock on!

went to use air hose but it was broken. when I went inside the old man I could barely understand so I asked the young one . I was told it not there responsibility on the up keep of the machine, even though it sits on there property with there sighs all over it. and it was to hard to put up a sign or call it have it fixed. no customer service.

I wish i could give negative stars. I have had a few bad experiences with the owner of the 7-11, though, after today I will never be a customer at this location again. For the most part every shift employee is great, love Sandra and Jeanie in the AM.
From the gas pouring on me one morning to the air pump taking my money and trying to get the compensation deserved I am done, just feel like it was a hassle for the owner to even care.
Maybe it wiuld not have been so bad, but let's get real, do you HAVE to park your Mercedes in front and center of your store? Wouldn't the customers, who inevitably PAY for that vehicle, deserve the spot? -food for thought....
