Ihop

4 stars and it wasn't due to staff performance or service, but due to there only being ONE server for 15 tables. I've never waited tables, but she was busting it and it made us not want to ask for things we needed. Food was IHOP good, and it was clean, but IHOP needs to hire some folks.

I always have an awesome experience when I go here. There are lots of great food options, and always great people on staff, it has a great atmosphere, and there is always a seat available when I'm there but rarely empty.

Very crowded on Sat, but I should admit the service was quick. I had better Pancakes at other IHOPs, coffee was good. The veg-burger was salty and had lots of garlic flavoring. Hash brown was good. The kids smiley face pancake was simply a regular one which they made a happy face on with cream.

Update 01.15.23 BIG Difference! Was so happy for the service received this visit. It was late night. The place was crowded. Our server was amazing. She gracefully managed her area.....never needing anything! Coffee refills were timely. She remembered every request. She was extremely pleasant. I was surprised. Glad I gave it another shot. I was just telling my man about how terrible it was on my last visit....so glad that statement was proven false! *Gluten Friendly Full Stack Previous visit: So sad to give a 1 star...this used to be my favorite place to go when I lived in ATX. We were seated rudely, never given silverware and refused a certain table we requested because a staffs child was at work with her and was sitting there. I had a conference call to attend and needed a booth with power. They hv one booth like that, one plug. I thought the kid was with the family sitting next to him, until that family left; the child was still there. There was a whole section closed this childs could have sat and his mom still see him. We didn't order coffee but the carafe of coffee was left at our table. They just dropped the food on the table without checkin in or they would hv realized we didn't hv silverware. When we tried to get their attention, we got attitude. So, we left! Their ethics and service had really changed. I did call to speak we a manger after my conference call. I had 5 minutes to find new and place to eat. Oh...and it was my Son's 22nd birthday. We chose them for the confetti pancakes.

Was not as bad as I thought it would be considering the location. There was a guy behind me listening to videos very loudly on his phone and being annoying. But the food was great!
