The Little Darlin'

Local beer on draft with Trae, and I knew we were in the right place. This place has a nice indoor and outdoor area, but the food service can be a little slow. We ordered a medium burger and fried chicken sandwich both with fries. While we told shoestring French fries they were regular fries, and Luke warm by the time we received them. My burger had a great char to it, but was well done without even a sliver of pink. I recommend this place more as a bar than as a dining destination. They also have several very cool infusions!

All I have ever wanted from a salad 🥗 is for it to be a delicious, medium rare, pan seared steak 🥩 instead. Thank you to the Little Darlin' for making that dream come true. Your steak salad is UNREAL. I have never had a steak that good anywhere else but my Dad's dining table. The French Fries are perfection, the Burger is like eating a poem. Prepare to fall in Love. 😋🍔🍟 Plenty of free parking on beautiful grounds. Motorcycle Only parking right in front. 🏍️❣️ A gorgeous park-like outside dining area with plenty of seating, a new outdoor bar, and ample clean bathrooms. The bright full moon in the sky made the whole experience Enchanting. 🌕✨ Two orderly little lines inside at the bar for drinks and food during the busy dinnertime rush, but the bartenders speed through it no sweat. They know what they are doing around here. 💯 We got the frozen peach tequila aqua fresca with a chili salt rim and a draft craft beer, and they were so good that they were long gone before we thought to take a picture. Order two drinks per person when it's your turn! 🍻🥂 Best of all, they didn't give us a hard time for having our toddler along. Kids ok until 9pm, and she loved running around outside in the grass. Safe and Friendly environment outside, incredible food and drinks, excellent service, and everything clean. ✅ Everything affordable too. 💚 No better date night in Austin for this little family. The only way to leave here unhappy is if you were set on being miserable to begin with. We will be back! 💝🇺🇲

Took my dogs here after the park and it was very nice! Clean and cute atmosphere, good food and drinks. I had the chicken sandwich and it was awesome!

This has become one of my go to spots to take out-of-towners when they visit. It just has that old school Austin vibe. Plenty of local beers on tap, delicious and reasonably priced food, and a huge back area with lots of shade.

This is a cool dog-friendly bar with a large outdoor are and plenty of picnic tables. This bar is a off the beaten path which adds to the picnic atmosphere. They have a good selection of bar food, the burgers looked good. I tried an appetizer of french fries, which were very tasty and perfectly cooked. The large beer selection was also a bonus… a great place for a spring afternoon date. They also often have live music performances on the outdoor stage.
