Wow. Honestly, the coffee here was amazing. I am glad I stopped in when I was visiting Austin.
The beans are roasted well. Flavor profiles are off the charts, and their "Moon Milk" is actually delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

This is our new favorite coffee place! So cute,l...so Austin! And the staff is amazing! The coffee is delicious, and the atmosphere is on point.
Very popular spot tucked in a small shopping center. There isn’t very much parking in the lot, but there is some on the adjacent street. Nice little patio and seating inside. They sell coffee beans, merch and snacks. Coffee was good, but expensive as you add on extras. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly .. but they were slammed so maybe we caught them at a stressful time.
This is the second Summer Moon Coffee Shop that I have been to, and while that isn’t a large sample set by any means, I’d say this coffee is consistently fantastic. The moon milk that they use to sweeten their lattes is out of this world. I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone.
As far as this specific location is concerned, parking is tough at times (it is Austin after all), but I was lucky to be able to snag a spot for my stay. I could see it being a bit of an issue during the busier times. The ambiance inside (or outside for their outdoor seating) is great, whether your intention is a social gathering or to get some work done.
we were told to visit Summer Moon for some of the best coffee in all of the country. i'm not much of a coffee person, but my wife lives and dies by it and she says it was so good. the shop had a hole in the wall, diamond in the rough kind of feel to it. The interior didn't match the exterior. The interior was so nice and clean. the worker was so nice and helpful. what a great place.
Oh. My. God. The other reviewers and Austin-Ians are NOT lying when they say this is the most incredible coffee ever. The moon milk they use is magical indeed
I sorely regret getting the special fall pumpkin spice latte instead of the cold brew with the cream foam. That was purely divine and so smooth.
They also have bakery items and some gifts, etc. The breakfast tacos are only available until 11 so we just missed them!
You HAVE to go here!
The parking lot spots are limited, you’d be lucky if you get parking.
Great service, chill atmosphere. We ordered frozen hot chocolate & iced wintermoon latte - both are definitely must try!
I love Summer Moon- I’ve been to several locations including the Frisco, Dallas, Fort Worth, TX and Daphne, AL locations but this is the original flagship location and I absolutely loved it!!! The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was like a little cave type feeling but it was so cool and the coffee was great!! Highly recommended if you’re in the area!
If you want a great coffee I recommend this place. I ordered a latte, the aftertaste of those coffee beans is amazing.
However their coffee pods that they sell in the coffee shop ($15 dollars for 12) are not worth buying, all of the four flavors taste the same and they taste like a cheap coffee - no rich aftertaste like in the coffee shop whatsoever. You can buy Cafe Ole in HEB for $7 and enjoy it more.
Update: I bought coffee pods from this coffee shop. What a disappointment, they coffee tastes cheap and bland. Don’t recommend it.
Hands down the best iced Vanilla Chai Tea Latte I've ever had. While busy, the staff were friendly and fast handling mobile orders as well as those of us inside. The spot appears pup friendly on the patio and I could tell this was my kind of place due to the welcoming skeleton at a booth in the corner. Parking is limited, but it's worth stopping to satisfy your coffee cravings.
