It was pretty good. They had a lot of different flavors and they can make different combinations. The pricing was fair and the restaurant was nice.

Amy’s has always had great ice cream. This is a five star review for the kids working there. Anymore it’s difficult to find enthusiastic kids or anyone else doing this or really any task. These folks were great! They were all smiles and happiness and it was clearly genuine! And it was toward the end of the shift! They laughed and were super engaging the entire time we were ordering. Definitely made it a happy experience!

Paul not only created a personalized “blizzard” for my Chicagoland husband, but also hand delivered a mini cup of sweet cream ice cream for Noah and Jake, who were celebrating their separate 6th birthdays. Above and beyond, I say! Yay!👏👏👏

Very nice place with great customer service. I like the movie trivia game that allows you the chance to win a prize. Cost is a little high, but I don’t mind because the business supports a bunch of local charities. Plus the ice cream creations are made to order!

Their ice cream is delicious and they're super friendly! Interesting base flavors and fun mix-ins. We also came near closing and we wouldn't have expected it but they offered to let us try every flavor after they heard we were new to Austin.
