Amy’s has always had great ice cream. This is a five star review for the kids working there. Anymore it’s difficult to find enthusiastic kids or anyone else doing this or really any task. These folks were great! They were all smiles and happiness and it was clearly genuine! And it was toward the end of the shift! They laughed and were super engaging the entire time we were ordering. Definitely made it a happy experience!

Very nice place with great customer service. I like the movie trivia game that allows you the chance to win a prize. Cost is a little high, but I don’t mind because the business supports a bunch of local charities. Plus the ice cream creations are made to order!

Their ice cream is delicious and they're super friendly! Interesting base flavors and fun mix-ins. We also came near closing and we wouldn't have expected it but they offered to let us try every flavor after they heard we were new to Austin.

Love Amy's! They usually have a few experimental flavors and I've never been disappointed. Their fruit smoothies are really good as well! My standby is their sweet cream with oreo mix-in but the cop shop (coffee ice cream with donuts!) was amazing - wish they had this all the time!

They allow only one or two groups at a time. The have limited the selections but have some fantastic combos ( if your a chocolate lover try the Baby Yoda). Staff us very friendly and dud a great job in an weird and difficult time.
