Had a great buffalo chicken pizza as well as pepporoni pizza too, and a salad to boot. We came to sample and have leftovers--a pizza half is pretty big! My wife really liked the buffalo chicken...most likely it was the blue cheese on it that set it apart from most...but the sause was tangy too. Good crust--chewy at the right level--and a fair beer selection. Easy to watch a football game here--it was raining and cold so we sat inside but they have a pretty covered area outside I want to try next time. Atmosphere, vibe, and service compliment good pizza and craft beer. We'll be back.
Pizza and appetizers were Delicious! We sat at the bar to watch UT Volleyball finals and the Texans game. Both wrong! Ashley, the bartender, took great care of us!
Toss Pizzeria on South First in Austin gets two thumbs up from me 👍🏻👍🏻
You won't go wrong with their Hot Honey Farmhouse- pepperoni, red onion, goat cheese, garnished with arugula drizzled with their hot honey. I also tried a slice of their brisket BBQ pizza, and it was so good.
Can’t believe it took me so long to leave a review….Absolutely LOVE this pizza. Can’t remember the name but the pizza with brisket and pickles is to DIE FOR.
The manager Khloe*? Stopped by our table to checkin and was sooo sweet and the bartender Paisley makes a KILLER spicy margarita! Will definitely be back!!
Wings on the healthier side without losing the flavor? This is your place. These are the baked wings i order when i have a wing craving but dont want them fried.
Yummy drink options. We also split a brisket breakfast pizza
This was our 2nd visit in 3 weeks and it was just as good as our first experience ! I always get there salad for a starter....delicioso. a half pie is more than enough for most...the BBQ Brisket pizza is a must try but, you cannot go wrong with any choice. Will be back again....definitely worth the long bike ride from N. Austin 👍😜
Difficult to get service with our large party after waiting 15 and flagging someone down. Once we got a waiter , he was awesome and killed it.
The food was amazing, the brisket pizza, hot honey, and Brussels sprout salad. We bought beers for the kitchen which was cool and the atmosphere was awesome.
Would def go back
Beer selection is a bit limited but has a full bar.
Okay 1st off I want to say it was VERY difficult choosing the stars, 4.5 is right around where it belongs, not a 5* spot but better than a 4, I’ve rated it a 5 because I cant choose 4.5
That said the pizza was delicious. The Hot Honey Farmhouse was incredible and worth the price for a full. It had a great mix of sweetness from the honey, a hint of spice I would compare to slightly hotter than pepper, it’s a “hot” that I’d say even those who struggle with heat would be able to handle. The combination of pepperoni, arugula and honey made a delicious pizza.
The full size pizzas here are big and capable of filling 2 big eaters and a small eater. But we were a group of 4 so we needed a bit more.
We ordered the cheese bread which is actually a good bread with cheese. It’s literally cheese bread, it’s good cheese and good bread but the flavor overall was eh, like 3-4*. the issue with it is, for 12$ it didn’t taste good enough or have enough pieces to feel like the price was justified. Imagine putting cheese on bread at home and putting it in the oven. That’s the same flavor you get with these. It’s NOT BAD THOUGH, just even people at the table were saying for 12$ it wasn’t quite worth it, still good though.
Lastly we ordered a half order of the Quattro Formaggi which was great. It doesn’t have the traditional red sauce but that doesn’t mean this pizza was light by any means. This pizza is quite heavy with the ricotta really filling you up. It’s actually shockingly filling.
Overall the pizza didn’t let us down but the cheese bread app was a bit disappointing. Not bad just not worth it. I’d recommend this spot, it’s a tad bit pricey with every person spending a bit more than 20$+ tip with 1 full pizza, l half pizza, some beer and sodas. Overall it’s a good spot, not amazing but it lives up to the 4.5 rating it currently has. Don’t expect the best pizza ever, but you can expect a darn good one
I ordered to go. This totally satisfied my pizza craving. I build my own, and it was so damn good. I placed it online, and had to wait a bit when I came to pick it up. The ingredients were fresh, and the crust was perfection.
Toss pizza was not busy on this beautiful Saturday afternoon, we just left the Kite Festival and needed some food, my oldest suggested Toss. We had salad which was fine, the wings we had were garlic parm and traditional. They were crispy but lacked in flavor. Just ok. The pizza was great. We had the pepperoni with hot honey drizzle and the 4 cheese. Both were delicious. The staff was nice and we had a good time. It was really nice to have a day for family. As my love and I meld our 2 worlds together, our kids are apart of that. We can see our future together forever and when we get to have fun times and good food all together it's helps solidify our desires and dreams. You are my sun, and I your moon. Love you.
