NOT COOL! Inconsistent! I've been coming here for 5 years. I have always taken there chicken availability with a grain of salt. Lately I've always had to wait for spicy chicken. 20 minutes each time. Well today I went in and asked for the usual, an order of spicy and an order of mild. They had to huge bins of spicy and no mild. They told me they used all the chicken so there would be no mild. Now I have been understanding of there limitations for years. My thought is where is there reserve chicken for mild when they had reserve chicken for spicy in the past. I wouldn't make a big deal but this is it! I've had it! Now I can't make someone else happy because of there constant (tending) limitations. P.s. This, close dear, person to me has little time and a high allergy to those seasoning.

Service so horrible, I didn't even bother to try the food. The cashier was obviously high and red eyed, playing on his cell phone when I approached. He rolled his eyes when he saw me, no greeting. When I presented a Google Offer coupon, he rudely refused to take it.

The absolute worse service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Was told no regular chicken for at least 15 minutes DURING LUNCH! Called to make a complaint and was credited lunch,however they refused my credit when I returned!

I was very skeptical of getting chicken from here considering it is in gas station,but I do have to waiting 20 mins on my chicken I'd rather wait 20 mins then get served old chicken,they were very nice gave me fresh fries as I waited.i will be coming back ...

My body rejected Church's Chicken. I don't know if it was the grease or the chicken itself, but I did not feel like myself for a good 24 hours after eating here.

Staff is friendly and wait times are reasonable. Small store since it's part of a Gas Station, but great food for cheap prices.
