Really fun place with great, attentive bar staff! The bartenders were awesome & suggested many drinks not on the menu. I would recommend the Shot Bar to anyone wanting to spice up their night!

An awesome place to experience pure Americana. Two to four expert musicians take the crowd through a six hour medley of musical requests from the crowd. Not only are these guys expert musicians, playing songs on request with drums, guitars, base guitar, mouth organ, trumpet and of course pianos, they are also hilarious comedians.
A fabulous night, well worth the reservation fee, and the prices of drinks, which were not unreasonable, though in my case certainly added up to a large tab
Can honestly say I was very wary about paying an entry fee of 6 dollars. How wrong was I. This bar is superb. The guys take requests and I can honestly say they were brilliant. A brilliant way to finish my time in Austin. Trust me go and see for yourself.

Great place to enjoy the live music and drinks. It costs $15/person for entrance fee but I think it’s worth it. I always bring my friends here when they come visit and we all love it. Definitely will come again and again.
Our party of 10 made a rsvp for the balcony view for $150 and it was well worth it! Our waitresses (Jade and Daisy) were always checking in on us and they were super sweet! Thank you Jade and Daisy for being AWESOME!! The piano players were on point! They played songs that was entertaining to the all ages. Bring cash for song requests! I was happy to see people of all ages at the bar. Although they don't serve any food, you are allowed to purchase food and bring it in the bar. This worked out for us...we bought a large pizza across the street!! I highly recommend that you park inside the parking garage (it's not a far walk at all). The downtown Austin signs are very deceiving.
If you have never been to a Dueling Piano Bar....YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Gather your tribe and go have lots of fun!!
As the wife of a musician, I know what a night of singing entails. I will say that Pete has figured it out. With three rotating pianists/vocalists there was seldom a dull moment. The dynamics of the trio really set the atmosphere. Their wide array of music knowledge really elevated the experience as well. It was a wonderful experience visiting for a bit.
Here for a conference and it's by far the best place to check out! Tons of fun, they take sound requests, and the bartenders made good drinks. Bring your friends, work buddies, or if you're out with the randos from a conference. Remember, Austin has a vibrant music scene so don't forget to add this place on your tour of the city. 10/10 nuff said, mate.
10/10 if I could. Went here with a crew after a work event and damn did we have fun.
They had a good selection of drinks, great shot selection and reasonable prices. Blue Hawaiian, Mexican candy were the first round followed by the usual whiskey.
Now to the great part, the music. This place was amazing, I'd be here all the time if I lived closer. Great music, great crowd interaction and great atmosphere.

Came with a bachelorette party and had the VIP booth. I was worried it wouldn’t be the scene the rest of the bachelorettes wanted but everyone had an incredible night! There were several other bachelorette and bachelor parties there that night and they brought all the brides and grooms on stage for some good old fashioned fun and games. The music was great and entertaining. Everyone who went on stage did an awesome job and we were laughing and singing all night!
Super fun and entertaining. I am from out of state and have not found any comparable fun piano bar like this elsewhere. This is a must attend fun piano bar where the musicians jump from piano to drums, guitar, bass, harmonica, violin, sax...great time for all.
By far Pete's is one of my favorite places when I come to Austin. The service and staff is beyond amazing. They are very charismatic, attentive, friendly and always makes sure you have a great time especially G. Because of her I always come back. Her personality is one of a kind and has such an amazing soul!
