Probably the worst 7-11 I have been to. Out of two of the fountain drinks I tried. Stuff in the aisles. The breakfast taco prices were very deceptive. The first price I saw was about .51, so I was going to buy 3 or 4. But it turns out the taco was about 2.5, and the cheese one it was an extra .51 cents. I have never seen a packaged product sold like that. Really weird.

The employees should be trained better. They don’t know how to do simple tasks. We have an Exxon loyalty rewards account. We’ve used it several times to redeem points, in several different states, without an actual card. We’ve never had a card, we use our phone number. These employees argued with my husband about it and obviously don’t know how to do their job. Do better. Train appropriately.

First time shopping at this place. I went there because of the "convenience", it was late and I needed milk for my coffee the next morning. The register line was long and slow but that's ok and nothing compared to the NASTY undrinkable 7-Eleven branded milk I got to taste in my coffee. Hard to describe, something between chemical taste and spoiled. (Although, unexpired and didn't look or smell spoiled) Not worth the drive to get a refund. I will never buy 7-Eleven branded milk again! To be clear this one star rating is more about their branded product than the place. I would give it a zero if I could, but if it was simply expired I would only blame myself for not checking the date.

All these one star reviews are about the same rude woman who works overnight. VERY rude and unhelpful. I've seen her yell at people for no reason. How does she still have a job? If she's that unhappy she needs to work somewhere else. She closes the store from midnight to five am every time she works. I worked at 7-11 back in the 90s for years and we had labor problems too. But we would've been fired on the spot for locking the doors for five hours. Ridiculous. What's the point of saying you're open if you're gonna stay closed for five out of the eight hours you're there? Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Anywhere else is better than dealing with that rude old hag.

The associate who works night is awful. Screams at the customers. Locks the door even though this location is open 24/7. She is rude beyond belief. She answers the phone and then sets it down refusing to speak to the caller. She will let the line back up before coming to assist customers. She is the rudest customer service employee I've ever encountered. They refuse to fire her. Everyone we've spoke with has had issues with her. Absolutely unacceptable.

This location is dirty. Bathrooms are never cleaned or stocked. Most of the staff are rude. Shady people tend to hang around so be sure to lock up your rig. They’re are 2 other locations about 6 miles apart. Well worth the extra drive. If I could give les than 1 star I would

Employees are useless and rude. One in particular is purposely slow and smirks when annoying everyone in line. Every time I go here there are long lines and rude employees. The drink shelves are almost always empty. I would give this 7-11 a negative 5 stars If I could.

You need to either train your employees or have a manager on site at all times. For your employees not to be able to correct THIER mistakes is unacceptable!! that probably is the worst customer service I have ever had!
